“I want to give a special shoutout to Melissa! I visit this Chipotle about once a week, and every time Melissa is at the pickup window, she goes above and beyond to make my experience amazing.

She always greets me with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude. She is incredibly attentive and takes the time to thoroughly read through my order to make sure everything is accurate. It’s a small detail, but it makes such a big difference, it’s something I’ve noticed is unique to her.
