“Not sure why the reviews are so bad, but my experience was totally fine. I came in a little skeptical because of what I read, but they were friendly and welcomed me right away. They had just switched the meat out for a fresh batch, and the girl forgot to put the spoon in, they laughed it off. So what? They’re young kids. I didn’t see anything wrong with it.
Yeah, Chipotle used to give you more bang for your buck, but how is that any different from literally anywhere else these days? I think people should leave these kids alone. It’s not fair to rate a chain restaurant badly over portion sizes when that has nothing to do with this location and they have zero control over it. If you want to complain, go complain to the CEO.“
“I eat at this location alot. The food is always good, of course. The staff is incredibly friendly and even though it's relatively new, it's probably the cleanest Chipotle ive ever been to. I'll pass by other Chipotle locations just to go to this one. And I promise I do not know anybody there personally. This is 100% from a satisfied customer.“
“I've seen a lot of negative reviews for this location due to service, but went anyway because I was craving Chipotle. They weren't too busy but it was like 7:30, presumably just around after the normal dinner rush ended. As I got in, they had just run out of both chicken and white rice. The people working the line let us know that it would be like 5 minutes and I chose to wait. While waiting, I watched everyone in that chipotle work efficiently to help those that didn't want chicken or white rice while preparing those two ingredients swiftly. It was less than 5 minutes before the chicken was fully cooked (and cooked well), chopped up, and available again on the line. Then the nice man who told me that chicken wasn't available remembered that I had been first of the people waiting and helped me swiftly to get my burrito and bowl. Everyone was kind and used general manners. The portions were good and I enjoyed the food. I think it's important to remember that people are more likely to leave a negative review if they had a negative experience than the countless people who have likely received a good experience but didn't leave a review. At the end of the day, we're all people doing our best and deserve some grace.“
