“I order a bowl here about twice a week and I am amazed with how great the staff here is. My bowl is consistently perfect, I am greeted at the Chipotlane with a smile every time and my bowl is ready and food is always cooked correctly and nice portions. This is the best Chipotle store by far and I am impressed with the professionalism and pride the staff takes in their work. It makes a huge difference.“

“I love this location. Their food is just flat out better than the other 2 or 3 Chipotle's in the general area. Portions are generous and the employees are always friendly. I will say this though, I only eat here for lunch. I've seen other bad reviews and they seem to focus more on the dinner shift. I personally have no issues or complaints.“
“This place is always packed however the food has always been good. Staff is friendly and accurate on our orders. Lobby is always clean and well kept. Now that it's cooling off they have a patio. The patio is right in the parking lot and it's really close to the major road, Peoria. Not the nicest or quietest patio however the option is nice.“
“This Chipotle is my favorite one. I'm an African American woman, and the Chipotle off of E Thomas spoke in spanish(?) and were laughing. When I opened my bowl, there was NO LETTUCE. “I usually pre order on the app so I haven’t really experienced any hectic times. Whenever there has been an issue with my order, where the taco shells are broken or something has run out, the staff has been great and will make up for any issues with my order. Staff and food are great :)“
“Chipotle is one of the concessions in the food court of Arrowhead Towne Center. Seating is a common area used by all of the customers of the food court regardless of which food is purchased. You que up into a sort of buffet style serving line in which you choose the fillings of a burro, quesadilla, or bowl. The meat choices are basically chicken or steak charred on grill and cut into bite-sized strips. The steak and chicken are mildly seasoned with a basic, mostly salt rub. The burro consists of your choice meat and other ingredients, which are basically beans, black or pinto, rice, rosted corn, grilled bell peppers, and onions. Guacamole is also available for an additional charge. You can also get the extras as side dishes. The quisedillas and bowls are made of much the same ingredients. The quesadilla also includes cheese and comes in a folded tortilla shell that is grilled to crispness. Portions are filling. Prices are in the $10 range.Vegetarian options: All entries are available without meat.Kid-friendliness: The seating is an open space and generally noisy.Wheelchair accessibility: The seating is very accommodating to wheelchairs.“
“I came to have a nice post workout meal and little did I know that I would have ran into my superhero Abe. Abraham has help me through so much in life it's a true honor just knowing him, I didn't expect to see him working here but when I did it brought me so much delight and joy, he attended me with such pleasure not only is he good over the counter but in bed also. He will treat you with so much respect and honesty that he'll tell you if you look good in a dress or not. Knowing him is the best thing that can happen to you because not only did help me with my food but he helped me through my struggles of addiction, he was there for me when no one was. He was there for me for my addiction and was there for me when my dog ran away.. he took time out of his day to help me look through half of phoenix for my dog and he did it, he found him! “When I went to this locatio, it was around 8pm and the store wasn't busy at all. But the team was moving around setting up for the next shift and replenishing items as needed. The team 2as also very polite and helpful and made the entire experience worth another visit.“
“Tried the new Carne Asada in a bowl. Meat was tender and there was a good amount. I had black beans, lettuce, cilantro lime rice, cheese, sour creme and tomato salsa. Everything was really good. I think this needed guacamole and maybe the green salsa. There was too much lime flavor. I really like this location. The food and service is consistently good.“
“It was pretty good. My friends love it. Personally it's not my favorite but I have to say that the burritos are far more flavorful and fresh tasting than any other restaurants. I'm not big on rice but again, lots of flavor. Also the portion is awesome.“

“He ordered from this location multiple times usually via app. Fair warning if you order ahead for pickup double check your food before you leave because we've been burned multiple times on food pickup. But if you can get the right order then everything is good. The employees are pleasant and they're relatively quick. Food is consistent.“
“Went in with my half blind cousin and the staff member who made our burritos was very kind and accommodating to my cousin. The cashier assisted her with card payment, no questions asked. “Came in tonight and it was pretty busy and what I witnessed was sheer harmony. The four employees in the food line and register were not four individuals, they were a collective. A hive mind if you will. They moved as an absolute unit. At one point I saw the guy with my bowl, pico spoon in one hand, reach over and grab a handful of cheese and without looking drop it onto my fiancés quesadilla that THE OTHER GUY WAS HOLDING. It was like watching a no look behind the back pass in basketball, but at the highest level. Felt like I was reliving the Bulls in the 90’s. Thats the crew right there.“
“The drive-thru is super convenient. I wish we could also do orders there. However, keeping it as a mobile pickup helps it move quickly, so I'm super in love with that feature. “One of the best Chipotle experiences I've ever had!Came shortly before closing time and felt like I had come in too late, but Jeffery and Jose were amazing! They took me in, made sure I was well taken care of and made the atmosphere feel like I was at home eating dinner with some friends.Jose made amazing food and was very helpful with giving us suggestions on his favorites - as it was our first time. After a long difficult day, being able to talk to some young, energetic individuals really made my day a lot better.Definitely hard to find good customer service nowadays but these two are amazing!
