“This is one of my granddaughters favorite places to eat. The young men working the counter were so friendly, courteous, and helpful. We've been to our share of Chipotle's, and this one ranks #1. Unfortunately, I had to deal with their customer service due to my error. I had to make a phone call to their 1-800 service. THEY ARE THE WORSE!!! And do not attempt to call the store. The call is rerouted to the same ridiculous CS dept.“
“I drive past a Chipotle closer to my home to come to this one. The food is consistently fresh and good, and the staff cares about the customer experience. It's a big location and it is always clean. Totally worth driving the extra 4 miles to me.“
“I had the chicken burrito bowl, it was good but I couldn't eat it after a few bites. I'm going through chemotherapy and my mouth detects the slightest of spice as super spicy. So we took it to go. It's nothing to do with the food, just me and something I have to deal with for now.
My bowl had plenty of chicken and everything else I chose.“
“I have been eating at Chipotle since they opened their very first store, and today I had the best burrito I have ever had from the company. Sorry Steve, the teens working today beat you, 😂.
This particular branch has made a massive improvements over the past 4 years, and is by far the best Chipotle in the valley now, (Scottsdale Fashion Square is the Worst!). I am not sure which manager is responsible for the improvement but they deserve a raise! Please don’t promote them out of this store though, I don’t want it to decline in quality.
The staff here is always very quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and looks new when you walk in. I can’t say the same for the all the other Chipotle’s in town but this one is currently excellent.“

The burrito bowls were absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
The prices are very reasonable, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to unwind.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which added to the overall enjoyment.

“This is one of the better Chipotle's I've been to. The staff is excellent. Real down to earth humans. The food is always great!! I always order a veggie bowl with everything so I can't attest to the meat. This is my go to chipotle!“
“Not sure who the girl on the line making the bowls was or the male on cash register today at 2:40 pm but they both were SO nice and really gave me and my boyfriend GREAT service. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that we cannot tip on card!!! Let me tip these amazing workers !!!!! Only being able to tip with cash is robbing these workers of the tips they deserve !!!“
“Whoever is managing this place at the moment deserves a raise. Shoutout to all the employees too. This is by far the cleanest Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I see this place had complaints about cleanliness a few months ago, but they completely turned it around. Everyone was literally wiping their stations after every customer. As a regular customer, I can’t express enough how much it is appreciated 🙏 Other Chipotles should learn from this one!“

“Visited 9/26/24 at 6:45pm. This Chipotle location and had a mixed experience. While there were some concerns, I want to start by emphasizing the outstanding work of the young cashier that night. She went above and beyond, staying focused, professional, and ensuring that the needs of the restaurant and its customers were met. Her dedication and work ethic truly stood out, and I believe she has the potential to be a great manager. She exemplified leadership qualities that should be recognized and appreciated.
However, I was disappointed by the behavior of another employee—a tall Caucasian man with tattoos on both arms—who was preparing meals on the line. Rather than assisting or acknowledging the efforts of his coworker, he called her over to check out a customer, even though she was already doing her job and keeping herself busy. This came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Additionally, he seemed more focused on socializing with other employees than on providing quality service to customers, and his attitude towards customers was less than professional.
I hope management takes note of both the positive and negative aspects of my experience. While the cashier deserves recognition for her exceptional work, the other employee’s behavior highlights the need for better training in teamwork and customer service.“
“I love this location, I’ve been ordering here for years and always been happy let the quality of food and service. They are quick yet always provide fresh great tasting food. The portions are also very fair. Delicious food at a decent price- a win in my book!“

“I mean there's a consistent constant homeless community around getting water and their smells may or may not (depending on you) interrupt your eating experience. Personally it did for me but I also expect a face punching smell mid eating when they can't get to the things we have access to on the daily or routinely so no demonization there just noting it so others know what to expect.
Staff also just needs to amp up their confidence and say no bathrooms are open to public (non paying customers) or better yet, put a sign so the no isn't a surprise. I personally was asked for the cide from my receipt because the girl in the front said it's on the receipt so because eof the compromising situation I gave it to her, and indeed she was just using the bathroom and loitering but hey what if she would've been in their forever, hence the reading I say the above... to avoid putting customers in awkward situations. “Chipotle is one of my favorite foods and I've ate at probably a dozen different locations around the valley. This is one of the top three or four at least! The food looked excellent All of the vegetables were fresh and none of the meats were really dried out and/or the beans. Young lady who prepared my meal was amazing and did exactly as I instructed her. Her name was India.
I highly recommend this Chipotle if you're ever in the area.“
“I have no idea where the low ratings have come from because this Chipotle location is amazing! I asked my husband to grab some burritos because I was in the hospital. He came back quickly with the fattest burritos I have ever had from any Chipotle. The amount of each of the ingredients was equal and every bite was delicious! My husband said all the employees were working and doing their jobs, the place was nice and clean, and they got our order ready quickly and efficiently. I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry. We will definitely be back to this Chipotle. Thank you for the best meal I’ve had in weeks!“

“Before I Threw it Away, my Receipt said Antonia, but I have no idea who was who. The Gal with the little black head-Bandana gave me wonderful amounts of rice, veggies, etc. It was Nice and Thicc, just how I like them. In Fact, it was So Thicc, that Special Guest: Ip Man was back There to help show her how to pack that wonderful thang. Sadly today they told everyone that all they had was White Rice available… but if I ever come in and was in the Mood for some Brown… I might just ask for her.“
“I've gone to this location several times and enjoyed it everytime. I have a favorite worker there. Her name is Irene is super fast and efficient while working the line, shes very professional while Interacting with the customer and staff from what I have seen. Im very fond of Irene and how hard working she is.“
“I ordered to go. The customer service was good. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the burrito bowl, half chicken and half steak, and tortilla chips. They are a little stingy with the meat, but overall portion was good. I recommend this location.“
“I know Chipotle Mexican Grill locations can sometimes be a little inconsistent, but this one is hands down my favorite in the valley 🌯🌟. Every time I come here, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made just right. They never skimp on portions either — you definitely get your money’s worth 💪😋.

“Came in tonight and it was pretty busy and what I witnessed was sheer harmony. The four employees in the food line and register were not four individuals, they were a collective. A hive mind if you will. They moved as an absolute unit. At one point I saw the guy with my bowl, pico spoon in one hand, reach over and grab a handful of cheese and without looking drop it onto my fiancés quesadilla that THE OTHER GUY WAS HOLDING. It was like watching a no look behind the back pass in basketball, but at the highest level. Felt like I was reliving the Bulls in the 90’s. Thats the crew right there.“
“The service is amazing at lunch time I needed 19 entrees. The manager (Jason)himself to care of it personally all of it as well as doing everything else and cooking at the same time. Never seen anyone make orders that fast. What a great job Thank you. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat. As well as Charilize and Adlia we're also helping also. Essentially it was impossible to make 19 orders that quickly for my office and they did Thank you so much.“
