“And I ONLY give 5 stars because of the young man with the beard working at 8:20 on may 2nd. All the girls working should be fired for such terrible customer service. I paid for a steak family meal and when I got home there wasn’t any steak at all. They tried to tell me they could give me a medium of the steak even tho u paid for a large. It isn’t my fault they forgot something and the young man and the cooks were right on it while the girls continued to question me and look at each other like they never heard of forgetting to pack an item. like I was stealing from their kitchen or something. Before the girls could put me through another runaround he handed me a large steak and granted me a free bowl I requested for having to drive all the way back to get the main part of my families dinner. The guys need a big raise because I wanted to put 1 star for how bad the girls treated me.“

“I love this chipotle… the evening crew of ladies that work the line are incredible and efficient. This location cleans the doors and windows and takes pride in its appearance. .. and the rice is cooked every time which is asking a lot from Chipotle these days. In a world of declining customer service this location slays.“

“Was craving something filling so I stopped by Chipotle and got a chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans, cheese and salsa. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were pretty generous. The chicken had a good amount of seasoning and the salsa added a nice kick without being too much. The staff were quick with my order and the place was clean too.“

“I eat chipotle quite a lot because sometimes I don’t have the time to make dinner but need a quick and affordable meal. With that I have been to a lot of locations and this one honestly is the best. Not just because they always have all their ingredients ready and fresh, but mostly the employees here have the best customer service and are incredibly kind and patient. They make you feel like you’re a regular even the first time you come in. Shoutout to Sofia! She’s always very sweet and tries to be one of the best parts of people’s days!“

“I had an incredible experience at this Chipotle location! From the moment we walked in, the front-line staff and the manager set a fantastic tone. They were efficient, friendly, and handled the lunch rush with total grace.

A special shoutout goes to the amazing team member with the pink hair who took care of us at the end of our visit. She went above and beyond to deliver true hospitality—making sure we got fresh guac and even completely redoing a bowl just to ensure everything was fresh and perfect. “This Chipotle so far has been consistently good! The only thing I've tried that needs work is their tortilla chips. They were stale and it was early in the day. Everything else in our burritos was cooked perfectly. Please continue to properly prepare everything and I will be a frequent customer!“

“Ordered on the app and didn't double check the location. Multiple employees checked for our order before we realized the mistake. They were quick to offer to remake our order at this location and we really appreciated that. Everyone had a great attitude despite the issue and it being busy at lunch time. The Gal with the little black head-Bandana gave me wonderful amounts of rice, veggies, etc. It was Nice and Thicc, just how I like them. In Fact, it was So Thicc, that Special Guest: Ip Man was back There to help show her how to pack that wonderful thang. Sadly today they told everyone that all they had was White Rice available… but if I ever come in and was in the Mood for some Brown… I might just ask for her.“

“I came here when they were doing the BOGO on World Cup initialization day on the first game. I’ve been here several times before. They were swamped but still got my order in and completed. I ordered two entrees, and got the barbacoa meat. The food was great and like always they served HUGE portions. Would recommend this Chipotle for anyone in the area!“

“The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I have had no issues with item quality or serving size. However, prior to this location opening I had given up on Chipotle due to quality and serving size issues at other locations. I was nervous to try it, but glad I did. It is consistent and worth the price. The Chipotlane, drive thru for Mobile orders, is an excellent addition! The mobile app is also super user friendly and the rewards are worth it! I was hesitant to post this because lower ratings may keep my precious line down, but the crew here absolutely deserves to be recognized. You all are doing amazing!“
