“Everyone on staff today, July 16 at 6:50p.m., was very welcoming and professional! I appreciate how hygienic they were as well making sure to switch gloves between tasks helping one another out! The food is always a hit. I mean duh it’s Chipotle. Thank you everyone for putting love into the food. Be blessed!“
“And I ONLY give 5 stars because of the young man with the beard working at 8:20 on may 2nd. All the girls working should be fired for such terrible customer service. I paid for a steak family meal and when I got home there wasn’t any steak at all. They tried to tell me they could give me a medium of the steak even tho u paid for a large. It isn’t my fault they forgot something and the young man and the cooks were right on it while the girls continued to question me and look at each other like they never heard of forgetting to pack an item. like I was stealing from their kitchen or something. Before the girls could put me through another runaround he handed me a large steak and granted me a free bowl I requested for having to drive all the way back to get the main part of my families dinner. The guys need a big raise because I wanted to put 1 star for how bad the girls treated me.“
“I was concerned about the previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Well staffed with mostly cheerful employees (one grump but i didn’t interact with her very much.)
The portion on my bowl seems smaller than typical but i think that’s the cost-saving trend these days.
All in all not a bad experience considering the reviews.“
“Some places hire kids that don't care about you and have zero inclination towards customer service and how to be polite to people. Luckily, this is not one of them! The staff was so nice and when I asked for extra ingredients, they gave me extra ingredients, not just a little pinch. Thank you guys! 🙏“
“I love this chipotle… the evening crew of ladies that work the line are incredible and efficient. This location cleans the doors and windows and takes pride in its appearance. .. and the rice is cooked every time which is asking a lot from Chipotle these days. In a world of declining customer service this location slays.“
“I wanna give a shout out to this place. They gave good proportions matching my takeout order, absolutely no skimping on chicken and veggies unlike other Chipotle in the area. I hope my next orders are also like this.

“I’m not the biggest fan of Chipotle. But this visit to this particular location was definitely way better than previous visits. I tried the new Chicken Al Pastor with their corn, it was very good! I really enjoyed how juicy and tasty it was compared to their normal chicken which I normally got. The corn was great as well the the pico de gallo. I was pleasantly surprised with how good this meal was.“

“This is by far my favorite (Chipotle) every time I come into this location it is very clean. The customers are very nice And also are very professional and I know the menu well. Every time I come in, I’m greeted by warm, smiles and also warm Delicious food. The manager Giovanni is beyond helpful, and I always love to come in every week Because of his professionalism and care that she puts into this location. There is three (Chipotle) locations near me and I always come to this one just because of the service thank you again Giovanni and your team!!!!“

“We ended up here since the other Chipotle was so rude! The young ladies working last night where so nice and friendly! Actually smiled and answered back. Can't remember names but very lovely young ladies! All stores have small portions but it is what it is. Definitely work the extra drive for us.“
“I love the carnitas. My 3 year old like their kids quesadilla. The online app is super easy and makes pick up quick.
Ugh, my son is now 11 and would eat Chipotle every day if he could. As for myself, still love that carnitas burrito.“

“I came here when they were doing the BOGO on World Cup initialization day on the first game. I’ve been here several times before. They were swamped but still got my order in and completed. I ordered two entrees, and got the barbacoa meat. The food was great and like always they served HUGE portions. Would recommend this Chipotle for anyone in the area!“
“So had an rewards offer on my phone app and tried to add it to my bag but it wouldn't let me then was told at the window they don't have cash registers so no way to scan it so why offer an in app reward if I cant use it in the app? was told I'd have to come inside to redeem it that's ridiculous anyhow now im out 500 reward points and got no queso smfh make that make sense Chipotle? “5 stars! I had just gotten off work and mistakenly ordered my food to the wrong location. The management Mariah and cashier Ana were so patient with me in helping my cancel my initial order and place a new order. The food was amazing and fresh . Thanks Mariah and Ana.“
“Before I Threw it Away, my Receipt said Antonia, but I have no idea who was who. The Gal with the little black head-Bandana gave me wonderful amounts of rice, veggies, etc. It was Nice and Thicc, just how I like them. In Fact, it was So Thicc, that Special Guest: Ip Man was back There to help show her how to pack that wonderful thang. Sadly today they told everyone that all they had was White Rice available… but if I ever come in and was in the Mood for some Brown… I might just ask for her.“
“I've gone to this location several times and enjoyed it everytime. I have a favorite worker there. Her name is Irene is super fast and efficient while working the line, shes very professional while Interacting with the customer and staff from what I have seen. Im very fond of Irene and how hard working she is.“
“my wife & I came to this location, we were waiting in line to get checked out for a lONG time due to a RUDE old lady holding up the line at check out, she was on her phone doing god knows what but the young girl at check out had all the patience & waited for the ungrateful lady to finished.
If a manger read these reviews my suggestion to y'all as a person that worked in the restaurant is to maybe train your employees better to handle situation like this to keep the line moving. the girl at check out did nothing wrong she was great :).

“I ordered to go. The customer service was good. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the burrito bowl, half chicken and half steak, and tortilla chips. They are a little stingy with the meat, but overall portion was good. I recommend this location.“
“Came in tonight and it was pretty busy and what I witnessed was sheer harmony. The four employees in the food line and register were not four individuals, they were a collective. A hive mind if you will. They moved as an absolute unit. At one point I saw the guy with my bowl, pico spoon in one hand, reach over and grab a handful of cheese and without looking drop it onto my fiancés quesadilla that THE OTHER GUY WAS HOLDING. It was like watching a no look behind the back pass in basketball, but at the highest level. Felt like I was reliving the Bulls in the 90’s. Thats the crew right there.“
