We are frequent visitors to Chipotle around the country... Went to this one in Phoenix on a Monday mid afternoon.Observed great service by the single male employee but the female staff had serious attitude problems. Some trash on empty tables.2 of the meats behind the counter were dried out on the top.Serving size significantly smaller than at other locations, even with filler salad. I’ve been going here for many years & the food is always good, but I wanted to get dinner before going to work yesterday around 5pm & the first girl serving me was obviously having a bad day or in a bad mood, either way I understand, but why take it out on me? I came in for dinner on my way to work paid for a large drink. The only soda I drink is root beer and the syrup was out. I walked up to the counter told them it was our and all they said was k thanks. Not give me a second and chance it. I would understand if they were busy but there 2 customers in line 2 people on the line a cook and a front counter. I left my drink I paid for with her.
