Chipotle is one of the concessions in the food court of Arrowhead Towne Center. Seating is a common area used by all of the customers of the food court regardless of which food is purchased. You que up into a sort of buffet style serving line in which you choose the fillings of a burro, quesadilla, or bowl. The meat choices are basically chicken or steak charred on grill and cut into bite-sized strips. The steak and chicken are mildly seasoned with a basic, mostly salt rub. The burro consists of your choice meat and other ingredients, which are basically beans, black or pinto, rice, rosted corn, grilled bell peppers, and onions. Guacamole is also available for an additional charge. You can also get the extras as side dishes. The quisedillas and bowls are made of much the same ingredients. The quesadilla also includes cheese and comes in a folded tortilla shell that is grilled to crispness. Portions are filling. Prices are in the $10 range.Vegetarian options: All entries are available without meat.Kid-friendliness: The seating is an open space and generally noisy.Wheelchair accessibility: The seating is very accommodating to wheelchairs.

We came to eat dinner at 9pm my family of four on 4/17 worst mistake ever there portion are ridiculous asked for steak bowl literally I got a half of a serving spoon of steak all other of there topping were generous but there meat portion so not worth the $$ we spent& the services&so cold acted like if we were asking them to stand on there hands for us please it's a restaurant were they chose to work to serve people and the female cashier that night so snippy full of additude.....over all just not worth it .....I wonder if corporate is aware ???? I will how ever give the gentleman assisting a thank u he seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing and didn't mind helping us despite the additude of the cashier a server who didn't know how to portion correctly thank u guy for working with what ur stuck with to try help your customersParking: Better part of our experience

Placed an order via app. I was 15 min late to pick it up not only was it not ready there was maybe 3 people inside. I waited an additional 15 min and for it to be cold. I also had to ask again if it was ready as I'm standing there. Thanks chipotle

We are frequent visitors to Chipotle around the country... Went to this one in Phoenix on a Monday mid afternoon.Observed great service by the single male employee but the female staff had serious attitude problems. Some trash on empty tables.2 of the meats behind the counter were dried out on the top.Serving size significantly smaller than at other locations, even with filler salad. My bowl still had 30% of the bottom visible ... The double meat on our other bowl was what we typically get as a single serving elsewhere.Overall we'll be avoiding this location on our visits although access from freeway and parking was great.

This locations needs to be under review!! The smell coming out from the kitchen was disgusting and the whole location smelled like sewer! I went home and ate one bite and threw it up. I will never be going to this establishments as it gives Chipotle a bad name! Corporate needs to get this handled!!

Ordered on their app and they just completely shorted me an entire side. Got a Carne asada quesadilla with double white rice with red tomatillo. Get home and open my meal to find no red tomatillo just an empty 3rd side slot. They don't even bother to give you what you pay for so why go at all?
