Panda Express offers a generally positive dining experience, with many customers praising the fresh food and friendly service. The team, including standout employees like Ashley, Jacqueline, and Philip, is noted for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. One reviewer highlighted the impressive effort of a single employee who managed the dining room and phone orders efficiently, earning commendations for her hard work.
The food quality and quantity at this location have been consistently good, particularly for items like Teriyaki chicken, although some customers expressed frustration over the lack of Teriyaki sauce packets. While the restaurant can get quite cold, especially in fluctuating weather, the comfortable environment is appreciated by those coming in from the heat. However, there are concerns regarding management, as one customer reported poor treatment of employees during the pandemic. Despite this, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming, with polite and clean staff contributing to a satisfying experience. Overall, Panda Express stands out for its quality food and attentive service, making it a popular choice for diners.
