I had a great experience at Panda today. The customer service was truly a class act: Ashley, Jacqueline, and Philip all went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food looked very fresh, and there was plenty available for purchase, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the team. I’ll definitely be back!
I sent my husband to pick up my food and when he got there, there was only one person doing everything! She did an amazing job taking care of everybody on her own. They had to cooks and that’s great to keep up with all the food, but she was by herself doing the dining room and when people order on their phones to go, she did all that on her own, what amazing this person deserves a raise
The food was very good, especially for Panda Express. Fresh tasted good. Was happy with it. It was very cold inside the restaurant. In fact, we had to sit outside because it was so cold. That being said, it is also bipolar weather in Arizona which means one day it's 90. The next day it's 60 so I can't really blame them for that.
