I've never had a problem with the food but the staff cannot seem to get it together .I have lost count how many times I've had to come back to get missing itemsAnd all I can say is you better check your bags before you leave unless you want to drive back thereI just ordered tonight. And remembered my last occurrences and mentioned to make sure to include the creamy sauce that I like. I mentioned it at least four times over the speakerI knew I should have checked the bag but guess what I got home, it wasn't there .Now I've got a mad girlfriend I got to deal with, again!

Their app is a joke and the customer services just as bad Tried to redeem a coupon off of the app and they said it wouldn't work. But they saw the code and they saw the email and they wouldn't do anything. And the lady in the drive through window was super rude about it.

El Pollo Loco has a long history of serving great chicken. This location is very typical — the food was very good and the service not so much. We went through the drive through window. The lady taking our order just couldn’t be bothered to take our order and kept cutting us off so we had to finish our order at the window. Our course because she wouldn’t listen she got it wrong but we checked before leaving the window and got her to fix it. Photo shows a delicious plate of food which cleared the sour taste of pour service out of our mouths. Help the help get our orders right, check before leaving the counter!

12/12/23 1400hrs $9.06 large chicken tortilla soup with an order of sliced avocado. Soup is very bland not flavorful at all. No benefit is an equal balance of chicken and vegetable mixture. Avocado was fresh and flavorful.
I've always enjoyed El Pollo Loco for years until this afternoon. My wife decided to just go ahead and order through the drive thru, big mistake. This location charged us over $5 more than was listed on their website for the location if we were to order pick up. What would have been only a $1 upcharge online for a small loco salad in a combo meal cost nearly $4 in person. Their Keto Burrito was very small and was cold while their salad seemed light and was actually warm. Idk what's happening at this location but, they are failing miserably. The only things that I can be happy about is the Avocado hot sauce and the Creamy Cilantro dressing. For what we paid at El Pollo Loco, we could have easily had much better and more food at Chipotle today. If you do order from this location, I highly suggest you order ahead so you don't feel as ripped off by them Probably would not return until things change there.

Overpriced and food is ridiculously not worth it. Tiny little burrito that should be for a child for $10. Wth?? I thought this included a drink or chips. If the burrito was enough for an adult I wouldn't mind the cost but to be served a tiny burrito with hardly anything to eat and pay too much for it is disappointing. Taking advantage of customers and drive thru.
