I’m a regular at this location & I love the food and service here! Unfortunately today I got a more expensive item the double chicken bowl and upgraded my order to have the chicken breast instead of shredded chicken. & my chicken was very chewy and gross. It was rubbery and unappetizing. I didnt eat my food and ended up tossing it. I also didn’t get a receipt to properly leave a review. So I’m doing it here just to let whom ever it may concern to follow up with me.
I ordered a 4 piece with two sides. They were grilling fresh chicken when I arrived. The chicken they gave me must have been cooked 2 to 3 hours prior. The flavor was really good however all my chicken was super dry! I would bet this restaurant has no timers on pre-cooked chicken.
I literally went to eat here for months because the sweet cashier was very engaging and fun.
Then she quit and I found myself still going so it turns out I actually like the food.
Bravo!
