“Called to ask a simple question about a discount. They were very polite, and as I arrived at the store, I mentioned that I was the gentleman who called about the discount. I explained my issue with the other store, and they apologized for my unfortunate experience with them.“

“I want to say that the man who is in the photo with the blue circle served me, the owner and the employees can surely identify him, I didn't want to take a photo of his face... And I must say that I bought my pizza on July 16, 2024 I went into the store to wait for someone and he was cutting pizzas, and I saw how he cut 4 pizzas and prepared wings, well, after that he helped me but the first thing he asked me if I was coming to pick up I told him NO, and he went back to continue cutting pizzas, when he finally finished, he took my order, I waited 15 minutes for my pizzas, and he went to hide in the back, when I saw my order, things were missing, and I waited for him to serve me again, and he was ignoring me, another employee is another with dark skin, a little fat, told the one in the photo that there was someone in front and he ignored his co-worker and went to wash his hands and attended to me and gave me the things that were missing. I mean that this second The man who I didn't take a photo of, but who was friendly, and also made the pizza very delicious, was a good employee and gives importance to the customers, but not the one in the photo. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THE PIZZA AND THE OTHER YOUNG MAN WAS KINDER THAN THE ONE IN THE PHOTO WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.“
“Was visiting a friend, normally get my food on alma school and queen creek.
I went in, was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. I got my pizza, she reccomended a 2 liter (actually sounded good). Her personality is now the reason i will make the 5 mile drive to this location going forward. Customer service is alive and well at this location.“
