“Called to ask a simple question about a discount. They were very polite, and as I arrived at the store, I mentioned that I was the gentleman who called about the discount. I explained my issue with the other store, and they apologized for my unfortunate experience with them.“
“I picked up my order from here on 5/24 around 5:30PM. They seemed a little bit behind, but the employee up front was remarkably kind and handling the delays with customers very well. My order actually came out exactly when it was supposed to, was piping hot, and was correct. I have no complaints, and the employee up front really deserves some recognition.
My assumption is that because of the “pizza portal”, and the default tip being $0 when ordering online; that these employees lose out on a substantial amount of tips compared to other quick service pizza locations. I hope that this can be remedied; these are just young people who have the motivation to be employed.“

When our order was incorrect, he immediately offered a refund and even provided free pizzas for our next visit. He handled the situation with professionalism and kindness—truly appreciated!“
“Was visiting a friend, normally get my food on alma school and queen creek.
I went in, was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. I got my pizza, she reccomended a 2 liter (actually sounded good). Her personality is now the reason i will make the 5 mile drive to this location going forward. Customer service is alive and well at this location.“
