Little Caesars in Queen Creek

“I've ordered from this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The other day I had a special request, so after placing my order online I called to talk to someone and Alejandro answered the phone. He was very nice and, after checking, he apologized and politely declined my request stating that it is was something they weren't supposed to do. I then asked if I could speak with his manager. He put me on the phone with Marco, the manager, who was also very nice. Marco, again reinforced what Alejandro had stated earlier. I explained my unique predicament that day and he said he would see what he can do. When my food was delivered, I discovered he had honored my request!! It was actually for my son, so as a mom, my heart was very happy! I know it all seems very vague, but the purpose of my review is to recognize the kindness of Alejandro & Marco and thank them for being so understanding and making an exception that really meant a lot to my son. Sometimes basic decency and humanity seems to get lost in the rules, challenges, and chaos of the world we live in, but I wanted thank Marco for going above and beyond and making our day! Keep being amazing!! Thank you!“

“*UPDATE*I'm still coming here, sometimes twice a week. The service is still great. Wonderful and friendly employees. Managers are awesome and the food has not lost it's quality. Sometimes there is a wait and they let you know when there is, but it is understandable ....everyone wants pizza!!Better tasteing than other Lil'Caesars in the area. Plus the staff is ALWAYS friendly no matter how crowded. I have been doing Pizza Friday there for years!! And will continue to. They know my name and weekly order!!*“
