“I had driven To the Mesa store on Mesa Drive After the manager told me they had 25 gift cards. Unfortunately, they did not, and I had driven Over 45 miles, To get these gift cards for a promotion. Shannon was extremely helpful and gave me gift cards and said she would talk to her manager to order more for me She was so sorry that the other storessaid they had gift cards and did not, and I had driven so far.“
“Okay not even joking this is probably the BEST location I’ve gone to! The establishment is the cleanest I’ve ordered from and the staff is amazing. Best customer service for what ever order I’m putting in! Mac and Ruby are so nice and they make sure my order is right everytime! They check the orders and they make sure my pizzas are fresh! Seriously, I will drive out of my way to come back to this location! I highly recommend coming to this location if you want your order right and the people here are great. I hope these girls get a raise for always being so professional and nice!“
“I’ve been here a few times in the past year. Food is pretty consistent! I use the online app, food is always done within the time given. Who ever is running the show here lately however is on point. Prolly the best little Ceasar’s I’ve been too!“
“It's Halloween night.
Daughter's hungry, and she really wanted pizza from little caesar's.I personally am not a huge fan but if it's for her happiness, I eat it today.We went to this location close to closing i ordered our food. They told me it would be about 10 minutes. A few minutes later, not sure, if it was the manager. But a woman approached me letting me know that they were quite slammed with only two people working at the moment.
I said sure, no problem we can wait. We're in no rush.
The staff that was working were absolutely amazing.. finally, I get home and the pizza is by far the best little caesar's pizza I have ever had this being said.I really hope the two employees that were there tonight.Halloween get some real recognition because They are the definition of customer service !“
“I came into this little Caesar’s after a long shift of mine craving breadsticks, and asked for them at the register. The employee helping me, Jackson, was very kind and could sense my tiredness. He made my breadsticks fresh for me, and they were amazing. A truly heartwarming experience. Well done. Breadsticks tasted great.“
