I’ve gone here before due to the proximity to my house. Beer, . Not super cold, but typically the service is friendly. Walked in on a Sunday at about 430. I kid you not 15 minutes later and not even greeted. Got up and walked out then I was acknowledged, and was told have a nice day. Mind you was not busy. Asked for a mgr and stood at the counter long enough to just say forget and leave.
I had an awful experience at Native Grill at Gilbert & Germann tonight. Karaoke started 90 minutes late due to management refusing to (politely) ask a party who'd been there 4+ hours to move tables to allow the host to set up. It's not that hard - just advise the party early, offer to comp a round of drinks if you encounter resistance. Instead it was legendarily awful customer service all around.
