Panda Express in Chandler

“I visited on 07-10-2025 around 8PM and I will always continue to drive the extra mile for this location! I was excited to try their new hot orange chicken but I was worried I'd get their leftovers for the night and not a new fresh batch, rightfully so because it's my fault for coming in so late. Also, i'm not one to ask for a new batch to be made especially when its so close to closing time so I wasn't going to but Summer H. asked me if I wanted to wait for new fresh batch to be made, that was so kind because most DON'T do that! I agreed to wait and she gave us our drinks for free due to the wait! Her kindness didn't stop there because after the very SHORT wait she offered us a free appetizer for the wait. I had to deny the offer of the free appetizer because I believe in not taking advantage of someone's kindness and the free drinks were already awesome enough!! She's a great, awesome, and a kind team member! People like her help others who have social anxiety to get a decent fresh meal. I will always return to a location that hire's employees with good work ethics / customer service!

Oh let's not forget when I asked for a handful of their chili sauce they actually gave me a decent amount for both of us instead of the lousy 4 packs I normally get when I ask for a handful. The team working last night went beyond my expectations for a fast food place, ALL of them had great attitudes.“

“Even at 10:30 p.m., when they were winding down, and not many diahes left to choose from, the staff were welcoming and cooked fresh a batch of what we were craving for and we didn't have to wait too long.
It was nice to eat before our 2 hr drive back home. So glad we stop by at this location.“

“I love Panda Orange Chicken. I have stopped here many times and the only complaint I have is that there seem to be variations in the portion sizes. Other than that, the staff is always friendly. Seating area is usually tidy and tables cleared when customers leave. Have never used the restroom here so I cannot comment as to its cleanliness. The parking lot can be a little bit of a pain when the store and drive-thru are busy.

All-in-all this is one of my favorite places to eat in this area. I would recommend.“

“It's Panda Express, best to go when it's fresh which is easy to keep track of because it's in a casino so entertainment is everywhere. That being said prices are going to be 1.5x-2x what they would be in a normal Panda because you can use comps for your meal. Which is quite nice because if you are an active player you will likely get free food!“

“I'm only giving 5 stars because of the 2 female managers on duty who helped solve a issue with a worker throwing the trash out and not changing his gloves and preparing my food yuck 🤮 the 2 managers took good care of me and remade my order thank you“

“The food is good I mean my son loves it lol it is busy but today was busy and had six sweet employees Rosalyn I believe is her name even with people she still made sure to serve me nicely and was quick! Melissa was helpful and made sure my reward went through I come to this allocation for that reason!“
