Panda Express in Phoenix

“If you’re craving Chinese food or just really need a solid carb fix, this Panda Express is a lifesaver. It’s one of the few places in the airport where you can actually get a decent bowl of rice or noodles rather than just sandwiches and burgers. It’s located in Terminal 4 (near Gate A8), so it’s a great 'comfort food' stop if you’re flying American or Southwest. Quick service, and the food was fresh despite how busy the terminal was.“

“Just wanted to say Thank You for the convenience of being open on this 4th of July Holiday!!! I called to see if they were open and they are with normal hours ! 🤗 and Jason is the one that answered the phone , he was vey polite and even extended a happy 4th !! Thank you for being so nice!!“

“We rarely go out to dinner as a family but last Friday night we had a busy evening and no time for dinner. My husband loves orange chicken as do the kids and the chow mein is a favorite as well. It was a busy night at Panda. All the employees were busy. We placed our order and were able to get out of there fairly quickly. Once we got home we realized our order had gotten mixed up with the people in line ahead of us. Our kids are extremely picky! There was no way they were going to touch the chicken and mushrooms or even the mandarin chicken which I feel is pretty safe. I did have to go back to let them know we had the wrong order. The manager on staff took care of everything promptly and efficiently. He apologized and made it right. He made a lasting impression and while we do prefer to go to locally owned restaurants, we will come back to this location in the future just because of the customer service experience. Many times when businesses make a mistake they don’t take accountability and they don’t make it right. But this young man did and next time the kids want Panda, I’ll be more likely to say yes than no.“

“Tonight’s dinner choice Panda Express.

Decided to get the pepper chicken, a double dose & chicken with green beans. Could not exclude the chicken eggroll, which was delicious. When it comes to getting moderately priced Americanized Chinese food you just can’t go wrong.“

“Got food here after a long drive and was thoroughly exhausted and wanting something before I had to get right back on the road again.

Been a while since I had Panda Express, and I had been craving it since there are no locations at home.

Got some classic Orange Chicken and Chow Mein with a drink and all of it, as I had hoped, was delicious and magnificently cooked.

Absolute praise to the Cooks and Staff for such a refreshing lunch; I hope to be back at this wonderful location someday! :)“

“They messed up on my order and I came back with my food the lady at the register I'm sorry I didn't get your name she immediately apologized and offered to remake it fresh. She even let me keep the messed up order since I drove all the way back. I really like this location I never have a bad experience and I come here and order from this one a lot“

“I was greeted by Anita, and I have to say, she had so much passion, energy, and compassion. She made us feel like she was inviting us into her own home and wanted to feed us like family. She patiently answered all our questions about our special dietary concerns, and honestly, it was so touching that it made us emotional.
When I asked her how I could show my appreciation, she simply said, “You being here means a lot to us.”
Panda Express wasn’t my first choice before I was just in a hurry and needed to eat. But because of Anita, I’ll absolutely be coming back. If anyone from corporate is reading this review, please do something to recognize her a raise, a promotion, something. She deserves it.“

“Went through the drive through. I had to park and wait for my order, as there was a run on Teriyaki chicken that day. I was pleasantly surprised when they brought out my order to my car as soon as I parked. That didn't effect the taste of the food, after it's Panda Express. Always good.“

“Check for those extra charges.Food is not bad but the help are quite rude, if you ask for something to do or not, the ladies starting by the shift leader will give you plenty peppers in your sides.You can feel the tension in the people working, like walking in egg shells.Stopped only cause was on my route back home.No a fan of this location in particular.

“Its weird the people complaining about bad service because ive been living in the area for 5+ years and NEVER had a bad experience with PE they are always fast and super nice and talk very clearly Ive never had a rude experience or waiting for a long time literally im always treated quickly and nicely so idk but just speakimg on my experience everythings good“

“The Staff Were Very Friendly and Helpful! The Food was Hot and Fresh! And, even though, it was close to closing time, they made Fresh food for us, after they ran out of what we wanted. Even after telling them, there was No Need for it, that we could choose something else!! I've been to A Few different Other Panda's, and the Employees, Have All Be Rude AF! Not here! “Forget what other people who don't live on campus say about this place. I live on campus, the staff is kind and always offer samples to try new items. Yes mistakes can be made but the food is made cleanly and quickly. They work with a huge population of students to smoothly deliver food to the masses. Job well done.“

“Came around 3pm, not busy at all but staff acted like it was by having us wait an unfair amount to check out even though the server had prepared them and left them there ready and we had about 3 customers behind us. Asked about the new drinks, was told very rudely that these didn't apply to the purchase we were making. Even though they had signs for samples, we were not offered one. The cashier appeared to be bothered by us even being there even making a face when the register was taking too long to allow her to scan in the coupon we had. Not one smile or a thank you for coming. We didn't even get any complimentary fortune cookies even though I did see they sell them by box now by the register. The cup lids were half empty and we had to stick our fingers to try to get one and I felt like we were going to get our hand stuck. Turned around to ask the cashier but she was still making the same face with the next customer so I didn't even bother to ask. Tables and floor were clean, no trash on the floor that I can see. Drive thru seemed to go without any back ups. Please train or remind your cashiers to smile!“

“It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don't trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn't even fit on the tray.

“Was kind of losing my affinity for Panda, the location near me changed the way they made my favorite dish. I was ready to quit Panda altogether. Decided to give it one last shot and try this location instead and I'm glad I did! Food was great, service was fast and friendly.“

* Very disappointed from the visit last night.. what a difference it makes when the manager cares for their customers and hands on helping the staff.. but, not this time.. after paying my bill I waited 20 minutes for the cook to make my dish while my rice and cheese rangoons getting cold in the same box on the back counter waiting. Finally, when my dish was ready set in the back counter I had to tell the server to please complete my order. She put one side dish in the box and handed to me, i show her my receipt and told her I paid for two side dish plate. She fixed the plate with attitude. I had my 8 yrs old grandson with me waiting and that time his food got cold waiting also. Poor service and quality not happy visit. 10/2 7:30pm“

“I actually stop going to this location due to rudeness and incorrect orders ALL THE TIME. BUUUUUT Lucia and Leslie charged that! Their service and attitudes were so sweet and refreshing. Very efficient, even offered plates, which they usually always forget!❤️ they are an amazing asset to the team, treat them right! I'll be back! Great job ladies! God bless“
