Busy location. Food usually always fresh. They handle the long lines quickly and professionally as possible. Staff is great.

Panda Express offers hot and fresh food, with attentive staff who listen to customers. The restaurant can be disorganized when handling large parties, but the staff will listen to concerns and correct mistakes. The food is reasonably priced, with a two-entree meal available for around $12. Despite being busy, the restaurant is worth the wait. The restaurant can be affected by poor air flow, causing gusts of wind to blow into the dining area.
The staff, including Nancy, Monaoo, and Louis, work hard to provide good service. Monaoo was efficient and attentive, quickly assisting customers and handling online orders. Louis in the back kept his cool while catching up. The food, especially the chicken, is often fresh and cooked perfectly.
However, there have been some issues with the temperature and quality of the food. Customers have reported that the food, such as the chicken and rice, was not warm enough or lacked flavor. The restaurant needs to ensure the heaters are working, especially during colder seasons, to keep the food hot. Additionally, the staff should be more transparent if they run out of certain menu items, like the Teriyaki sauce.
