ordered pizza Tuesday 7/20...lifted the puzza and 100s of tiny spider type bugs started scattering everywhere. called to speak to manager...still waiting for a call back and a refund. it is now Thursday 7/22 still no contact...Unless you like extra protein bugs with you pizza steer clear ! Customer service is horrible and the crust was barely cooked.
This Papa John's has some of the worst customer service. It starts with their manager Nick to one of their employee's George. Joanna took the delivery order at 4:50pm and was fantastic. He said we should have the pizza in 25 minutes. Unfortunately, 50 minutes later the pizza had not arrived. We made a phone call to see what's going on... George answered this call and flat out lied...he said they just got the call from us 15-16 minutes earlier and that our pizza was just coming...read full review
