I come to this PapaJohns whenever I come by for theee reasons.1. Peggie (the cashier) is hands down the best customer service I have had in any industry since before COVID! She’s professional, beyond accommodating, and I have yet to see her in any mood other than a fantastic once! And I’ve never been there when she wasn’t running the show! We have had the best from any Papa Johns locations from Long Island to here in AZ. Although they’ve made mistakes on our order, the owner always makes good on it and gives us a replacement at no charge and without any inconvenience. She stands behind her food and service, and I appreciate that even if they make a mistake on an order, we will always go back to the location. It’s always been fresh and delicious!

we come here about once a week, always a great experience and we’re also thankful they support our kids school by participating in their fundraising efforts. it’s the highlight of my kids week to eat here and then enjoy the leftovers thanks (also especially thanks to the lady who works at the front of house) you all are amazing. like others have said it’s a very pre-covid experience here which is rare these days and i’m grateful for that
