Pizza Hut in Chandler

“The Store Manager is such a hard worker. Every time I come in there and I'm embarrassed to say but almost every day he's also there. Greeting me from the very back or cutting pizzas in the front. My order was hot maybe too hot and ready when I got there. The food was perfect; he offered to show me everything that was there mentioned all my requests were met and sent me on my way with plates and napkins. Not many of those anymore. I'll definitely be coming back here again. Thanks Deonte“

“this is my home location Pizza Hut. It’s closest to my house. So for takeout this is where we go and for delivery this is where it comes from. Today was kind of an unusual day and we had an issue with online delivery order. And I called And the employee on the other end of the line was extremely gracious and helped me figure out what Went wrong. It was actually my fault and she did a great job of letting me know without hurting my feelings lol. And now I know how to make sure it doesn’t happen from now on. So many times people only complained when something goes wrong. Well today everything went Right. And it was all because of an employee named Harley I appreciate all of your help appreciate you coming to a conclusion that saved me a lot of time. I am a fan from here on out. And of course I will continue to order my five thin crust pepperoni pizzas A couple times a month. Thank you ma’am!

Kid-friendliness: my adjustment to my order required that I go down to the restaurant and pick up my food and I sent my kids in and they explained to my kids what happened and my kids got the pizza and they were extremely happy“

“While there was an initial mix-up with our online order, this team’s customer service was wonderful! The original confirmation on the website screen sent us to the 895 S Val Vista Dr location when our order in fact went to this location. Zalexys and her manager were kind and understanding enough to remake our order. Thank you both so much!“

“I have to say this location used to not be good and the food was terrible so we stopped going for a couple years. Recently we gave them a try again and I was shocked. The food has improved drastically in taste and presentation. The pizzas look amazing almost as good as the commercial shows them. Perfectly placed toppings and not skimpy with the ingredients. We ordered a second time the following week and the same thing, great looking pizzas and delivered very hot! I rarely say this but it was money well spent and we will be ordering from this location again. Kudos to the management and team at this store things have changed for the better and I highly recommend you giving them a try.“

“Hannah at this location is absolutely wonderful! I had an issue with points not redeeming tonight and instead of the usual "oh idk why its not working ??‍♀️" cop out answer, she resolved the issue and was SO friendly and sweet about it. Give her a raise and treat her well!“

“This is not really towards the store but don't do return service orders here it's just a way to add resistance to waste the doordash drivers time and the customers time to get them to cancel the return for the pizza. Wasted 30 minutes driving here to return food that wasn't even meant for me.“
