Pizza Hut in Scottsdale

“​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Incredible Customer Service! Above and Beyond!
​I cannot say enough amazing things about this Pizza Hut location and their incredible team! They have completely won me over with how they handle their customers.
​First off, we were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and ordered delivery. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up, the driver didn't get our food to us. But when I went into the store the next day, the General Manager was hands-down the kindest person ever. Without hesitation, she was completely willing to remake our entire order for us.
​The awesomeness didn't even stop there! Later on, my phone’s geo-tracking accidentally pinned me all the way back at this Scottsdale location and sent my order there, even though I live all the way out in Buckeye. When I realized what happened and called the store, they were so sweet about it. They apologized for my mistake, canceled the order immediately, ensured I got my reward points back, and helped me get everything reordered properly all in the same day.
​This location is hands-down the absolute best. They are fantastic, awesome, and deserve all the praise in the world. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!“

“This is thee pizza hut to visit. They make the pizza exactly how you want it. They care that it tastes good and you can tell. Make sure you get Veronica or Tracey as they will take care of you for sure. They got the magic pizza making skillz.. tell em ruk sent you and you will thank me later...“

guy who listens think and he got a very good job over here doing things right I think this location needs to be giving a second chance I see the reviews are bad but they are doing good right now. I expect them to do more and work hard. I love this place. Thank you.“
