“Kyle is so friendly and does a great job. We order 5 different pizzas all very specific due to food allergies. He is usually alone and gets extremely busy near closing time. He greets everyone with a smile and never rushes. This day and age it seems to be a rarity to get good customer service with no attitude. Kyle is what a business should strive for. Great attitude and stellar customer service! He is why we will always come back to this store. Pizza Hut is smart to keep him.“

“I must say the youngers here at 3602 w Camelback rd (PHX) customer service skills are on point there are always pleasant, professional show more maturity than half the adults in the world today! This particular day Ahmad took my order always has a positive attitude I asked him what the specials are very knowledgeable I must say he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am getting the best price the best deal. “It has been a long time since we have ordered Pizza Hut. But, we ordered the Triple Treat Deal last night and were actually blown away at how good everything was. It was all delicious, fresh, hot. Crispy and soft where it should be. Just really well executed.“

“Craving some thick pan pizza, the only kind of crust you can get exclusively from Pizza Hut. Ordered my custom pie: half pineapples onions, the other half cheese and onions. Ordered the yummy cheese sticks as well. Picked it up and it was still piping hot when I drove 15 minutes back home. Great customer service and that large pizza didn’t last 10 minutes after I came home. Sorry no photos unless you don’t mind seeing the empty pizza box.

“Yesterday I ordered the new chicago style pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good although half the pizza was real saucy , which I like and the other half was kinda dry with almost no sauce. It wasnt that late but they had already locked the doors and i had to ring the bell at the togo window. The lady was meh.
It is just hard to get good customer services from milleniels and gen Z's they just don t seem to want to work.“

I appreciated that so much, this has always been our favorite location just for the food quality and service but now it's more than that. “I ordered tonight online and they delivered thru door dash I noticed my mozzarella sticks where not with the order so I called the store and the shift lead I can't remember her name offered to send them out again or give me a credit I asked her if it would be easier if I picked up since I don't live far she said yes, when I got there there was a gentlemen ahead of me at the window upset because he ordered something and they did not have what he ordered so they cancelled his order like anyone would do, well like most people know banks don't refund the money right away so I understand his frustration there as he stated that was all he had for feed his family, the shift lead explained to him that they were out of what he had ordered so she had no other choice but to cancel the order and refund payment he then began recording her as she went to the back to continue making other orders, he kept knocking on window and pushing door bell till she came back over and politely asked him to leave, she handled the situation very well im commend her“

“easy in and out for my take out order. customer was short and to the point, could've been a bit more friendlier and less obvious about being irritated he wasn't on his phone. the atmosphere so simple and clean in the end it's a pizza place nothing more nothing less.“

The GM arrived to the register and stated something was happening in the back. She was very kind, too.

Anyway, during the time the situation in the back was being addressed, Melissa was literally doing a one woman show.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order.

It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about their customers, and Carrie is one of those people. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out and made my visit even better.

“I was staying near a hotel and pizza sounds good. I have the app so I just found this pizzas 🍕 restaurant within walking distance. The app is really convenient and easy to use. If you haven't yet download it it's a must. I place my order in my room and by the time I walked over to pizza hut it was ready for pick up. I've ever seen a pizza hut like this before. I walked by it twice thinking it was a bar. All employees got a long and the cashier was super nice. The food was great and the service fantastic 👏.“
