“To the night manger Henry I ordered a pizza and needless to say i had some problems with it but let me tell you what i didn't have a problem with HENERY when i called with my complaint he handled it professionally and the way a manger should even after telling my self never again after talkkng with him i will eat there again. thank you Henry.. the man deserves a raise pizza hut is lucky to have him“

“We encountered an issue when we picked up the wrong pizza and wrong bread sticks, but didn't realize until we were already home.
We could connect with a customer service representative over the phone but we were unable to reach anyone via transfer over the phone at the store.
The next day we went back to explain (we even had pictures of the wrong order to be completely honest) and the manager offered to remake our order immediately.
Thank you for doing that for us, it is much appreciated. We really wanted to try that particular stuffed crust and can't wait to get home and chow down! We will be sure to double check next time.“

“Yesterday I ordered the new chicago style pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good although half the pizza was real saucy , which I like and the other half was kinda dry with almost no sauce. It wasnt that late but they had already locked the doors and i had to ring the bell at the togo window. The lady was meh.
It is just hard to get good customer services from milleniels and gen Z's they just don t seem to want to work.“

“Ethan greeted us with a smile, stopped what he was doing to take our order. Didn't hesitate or frown on any specific changes we made, and it was 5:37 pm. The dinner hour for most places, the restaurant was clean, people came and went quickly and the whole vibe was mellow. I've been coming here for years“

“The staff was accommodating, there was a discrepancy with the 3rd party delivery driver and they made no qualms about rectifying the issue. Granted picking the pies up at 11pm in that location..leaves a bit to be desired; the service would make me return just at earlier hours.“

“What can I say? We all love pizza, and everyone has their own idea of great pizza. Pizza Hut has good flavor, and their sausage isn't overwhelming. Which is nice. But if you order extra cheese, make sure you grab a lot of napkins. It's super greasy! But isn't that what makes Pizza fun to eat? Also try there other stuff on the menu. I always did like having salad with my Pizza. ENJOY!!

“I don’t usually go inside pizza stores because delivery is the best was to go but I went In 1909 W Baseline Rd Pizza Hut it was small but it was welcoming I was greeted as soon step in and when I walked in the door the lady with the purple hair and green eyes I didn’t get her name but help me with my order after she finished getting my order she handled the old person situation in a professional and respectful way she has great customer service would love to come back in person again thank you for your time.“
