“This is my second order at this location that is only a few minutes from my house. I order and pay for extra cheese and it does not seem that extra cheese is being added. The middle of the pizza at the end of the slices are just dough.Also, when I went in to get my order I saw one of the workers come from an unseen side of the store to go to the area to make a pizza, but he was not wearing gloves while making the pizza. Are gloves not a requirement at Pizza Hut?“

“I ordered online for contactless pickup and my order was placed in my passenger side through the rolled down window.My order was a large order and everything was there and correct as well as piping hot and fresh!!!! I didn't have any issues with any part of the ordering process to the contactless pickup process and the food was picture perfect and very delicious!!!This Pizza Hut location is a highly quality restaurant order from ......Maybe next time I will dine inside the restaurant that way I will be able to review the inside seated accomodations and customer service.“

“The location is too small to wait in the lobby but I liked the pizza we got and had no issues. I suggested going to this location. They have a wing stop next to it It's nice. Weekends it takes time but normal day or time it's quick and easy to pickup food here.“

“Annika was absolutely amazing we had issues with the website and the delivery but she fixed everything immediately and she was so polite and very very nice. She gave me a call back about the issues with delivery through DoorDash and talked to me about the options I had and she was so real and personal with me while she was helping me out. It was Easter and she told me she had been working all day and that it was a busy day and even though all of that she was still amazing she deserves a raise!!“
“Against my better judgement, I ordered my dinner from here online and it was not what I expected. The food was cold upon delivery and not what I wanted or expected. I called the store to discuss with manager but no one answered. I called the next day and talked with manager who replaced my dinner with whatever I wanted. Next time Im dining inside.“
“The food was decent - pizza's and garlic cheese sticks. They site said ready in 10 min but got there about 15 min after ordering only to be told it would be another 10. Also, they sometimes let people collect in the lobby a bit before someone comes up to the counter, which can get a little irksome as they are not sure who got there when. It is a carryout only, so I'm not sure how much atmosphere can be expected. Overall, it was decent; I'll be back, I am sure.“
“The clerk upfront was patient and flexible. They got my food out pretty fast (especially for seeming busy). The food is pretty good, I wasn't disappointed, even a day later at room temp. Not over seasoned or spiced if you like it that way.“

“I had forgotten how freaking amazing pizza hut is. The customer service is amazing, and the food is amazing. Let me tell you this story: A few weeks ago, we stopped by. I always forget to get their names when I have the best experience ever. He was a young man stating he was the manager. In the restaurant, it has teenage mutant ninja turtle boxes up on the wall as displays from one of the employees coloring them. I have my little girl who's an amazing artist and my boyfriend who's obsessed with the turtle, lol. I asked if we could get extra boxes so my little girl could draw and color them. He was so kind to cut some boxes and give us the lids. My little girl was so happy. Besides how great the food is, the customer service here was such a blessing. Beyond how the littlest things can make not someone's day but someone's experience the best memory ever!! ❤️❤️??“

“Although I did not eat here, I was picking up a couple of orders for a delivery service job on a busy Saturday where the employee was on his own. I just want to give a shout out to the guy who was single handedly holding it down that night. He was so busy and held his composure being kind and respectful to all who walked through the doors. “The service was amazing given that the apps we use for all of these mobile orders do not communicate with the stores pickup so when it says your order is ready it doesn't even necessarily mean they have begun preparing it yet the apps lie to us and the stores are oblivious“

“Bare bones Pizza Hut. No tables to eat at, all take-out. But a full Pizza Hut menu, not an "express" site offering limited menu. I like their ability to customize crust, toppings & sizes. They seem better equipped than most to accommodate special orders. Staff always seem busy but still pleasant & knowledgeable.Parking: They don't need many spots to deal with take-out customers, but they are in a strip mall lot so plenty of spots around.“

“Carryout until 1a even on the weekdays. No B.S. excuses like other pizza places only open until 1a on Fri/Sat about a carry out cutoff time two hours before the deadline to order delivery ((?!) Bite my jalapeño Papa J!)) I can't even go into a fast food restaurant to pickup a mobile order after 8p or even earlier let alone walk in and place an order.“
“I tried the new spicy pizza. It took 79 minutes for the pizza to arrive. It was delivered by doordash. The driver left the pizza outside in their thermal bag, which is ironic because the pizza inside was COLD. I don't just mean "not hot," but it was actually cold. Then, I warmed up a piece for 30 seconds. The taste was okay, but there was no sauce! It was literally cheese on bread. The app called it "double pepperoni." It had LESS pepperoni than a regular pizza! Come on Pizza Hut, you can do better than this. I would like my money back, and you can have the pizza back for training on what not to do.“
