“I don’t usually go inside pizza stores because delivery is the best was to go but I went In 1909 W Baseline Rd Pizza Hut it was small but it was welcoming I was greeted as soon step in and when I walked in the door the lady with the purple hair and green eyes I didn’t get her name but help me with my order after she finished getting my order she handled the old person situation in a professional and respectful way she has great customer service would love to come back in person again thank you for your time.“

“Ethan greeted us with a smile, stopped what he was doing to take our order. Didn't hesitate or frown on any specific changes we made, and it was 5:37 pm. The dinner hour for most places, the restaurant was clean, people came and went quickly and the whole vibe was mellow. I've been coming here for years“

“We encountered an issue when we picked up the wrong pizza and wrong bread sticks, but didn't realize until we were already home.
We could connect with a customer service representative over the phone but we were unable to reach anyone via transfer over the phone at the store.
The next day we went back to explain (we even had pictures of the wrong order to be completely honest) and the manager offered to remake our order immediately.
Thank you for doing that for us, it is much appreciated. We really wanted to try that particular stuffed crust and can't wait to get home and chow down! We will be sure to double check next time.“

“The pizza hut express is closed so I went to the Starbucks across the street and asked for a pizza and they asked me to leave the premises. I'm going to start my own pizza/coffee business and shut down all the Starbucks across the country. MARK....MY....WORDS......“

“I overall enjoyed the pizza.. I redeemed my coupon for a free pizza and it was easy to do. The pizza was delish, hot saucey and cheesy just how I love my pizza! My son loves this location! It's clean and they always make my order quickly!!“

“What can I say? We all love pizza, and everyone has their own idea of great pizza. Pizza Hut has good flavor, and their sausage isn't overwhelming. Which is nice. But if you order extra cheese, make sure you grab a lot of napkins. It's super greasy! But isn't that what makes Pizza fun to eat? Also try there other stuff on the menu. I always did like having salad with my Pizza. ENJOY!!

“Pizza Hut made our family pizza night easy and affordable. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, taking the time to explain all the specials and deals so we could choose the best option for our family. Their recommendations helped us get a great value without feeling rushed. The service was welcoming, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. If you’re looking for good customer service and helpful staff who make family night both enjoyable and budget-friendly, this location definitely delivered.“

“Yesterday I ordered the new chicago style pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good although half the pizza was real saucy , which I like and the other half was kinda dry with almost no sauce. It wasnt that late but they had already locked the doors and i had to ring the bell at the togo window. The lady was meh.
It is just hard to get good customer services from milleniels and gen Z's they just don t seem to want to work.“

“Alexis was very nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of her job and made it easy for me to want to come back to this location.. Alexis greeter me with a huge beautiful smile. She went over and beyond to make my experience. A really good manager as well.“

“The Manager Johnny when ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my family and I received top tier food and customer service after receiving a very humiliating bad experience from a previous manager, someone please give this man his flowers he shows compassion and respect for all races and backgrounds .. Maybe that old manager can learn some things from a young buck 💯 starting with RESPECT !!!!!“

“I’ve been to MANY Pizza huts where the service was unbearable…BUT at this location on W Indian school it was PERFECT Anthony took his time he was very polite and very professional. At this point forward I will only come to this location only. 5 stars for Anthony! GREAT JOB!“

“Pizza is good anywhere, but it's amazing here. Their ingredients taste fresh and the pizza was baked to perfection! From their crispy crust to their stretchy melting cheese. I don't go anywhere else when I'm looking for quality pizza done right every time. If you're looking for a good pizza spot, this is the one!“

“This place is pretty clutch on God. They always get my orders right the staff is beyond nice and helpful the area it's in though tricky but nothing never happened there I highly recommend this store 👌🏾💯“

“Came to this location since we were looking for a quick snack before heading back to the pool right accross the street at ANOVA Appmts. Delbert service was great at anwering our questions and helping us build our own custom pizza! Place was clean and got our food in minutes.“
