“Popeyes is always pretty good to me. This particular experience was different. I had to use a card because they could not make change for at least a $10. I asked for a specific discount and the drive- through guy looked like he didn't believe me and asked for proof to apply the discount. Every where else, I'm not challenged with showing it. Well I showed proof to get the discount and he gave me a senior discount instead. I'm not a senior, the nerve! I take it that all discount fall under that category at least that's what I told myself. Overall, good experience. I wouldn't give it an excellent due to lukewarm food, couldn't make change for a $10, and the shock on the person's face after I asked for a specific discount.“
“The manager Tiffany was very helpful and kind. Went to this location Dec 7th 2024 on a different trip and the manager on duty said his name was Aarold. I have to cancel the Uber eats order because the store was too busy to prepare the order no apology was offered no personality no good customer service and the whole crew of three was very non attentive.“
