“Super interesting experience. I’ve never been here before. Had a coupon and ordered online. I was afraid my food would be cold because it took 15 minutes to get here. But interestingly enough, they don’t start making your food until you arrive. No customers in the restaurant at lunchtime on a Tuesday. But I bet they do a lot more business when the high school next-door is in session. Both of the ladies working there today were very sweet.“

“I was so excited to see a tv commercial saying the Shrimp Tackle Box was back at Popeye’s! We had it once while traveling and it was the BEST fast food we had ever experienced (and we’ve been around longer than fast food!). So when I saw that it was back on your menus, I took a pic of the commercial and sent it to my hubby and he responded - DATE NIGHT! We were both so happy to see its back! Last night we drove the 10 miles from where we live (the very northern border of Phoenix by the Scottsdale/Cave Creek line) to West Greenway. We followed mapquest, there was an accident on the 101, so we got off, then we were slowed down by fire trucks and an ambulance on 7th Street - but we finally made it! We pulled up to the drive through, explained to the very nice young gentleman taking our order that it was only our first visit other location. We ordered two shrimp tackle boxes and an order of fried pickles, another FAVORITE! He asked if we wanted combo’s - we said no, just shrimp and pickles! We pulled out and found in our bags that we received two COMBOS not the Tackle Boxes we ordered. The shrimp was delicious, REALLY good, the fried pickles were AWESOME, but how disappointing that we didn’t get as much shrimp as we ordered. We were not interested in biscuits and french fries. It was Friday night, traffic was horrendous and we chose not to go back. But we were disappointed.“

“I had an excellent experience at the Popeyes on 3109 E. Indian School Road, thanks to Estefani. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit.
I came in with a coupon, but when the specific offer could not be found, Estefani took the time to help and provided a comparable discount instead. She handled everything with patience and a genuinely helpful attitude, which made the entire experience stand out.
Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and Estefani is a wonderful example of it. I hope the management team acknowledges her for her hard work, diligence, and the way she treats customers. Employees like her are a real asset to any business. Thank you, Estefani!“
