Good customer service, delicious chicken's 🍗 nice environment and clean restrooms.
I asked them to make me fresh chicken for the sandwiches and it seems like the dude gave me the oldest ones they could find. Not to mention the dude had the worst customer service skills.
Customer service here is complete trash. Wait is about 30 minutes every single time. No apology, no accommodation, they are rude and nonchalant. They sit on FaceTime at work while people are sitting waiting a half hour for their food. I really don’t know how this Popeyes is still in business.
