Usually we have a great experience and our salads are amazing. Today I picked up our mobile order and there was barely any salad. Normally the container is filled with tons of veggies - today’s salad is fills about half the container and the veggies just look sad. I was already home when I checked the bag because normally we have no issues. Hopefully today was just an off day - this wasn’t worth the $6.20. 😔😔
Does anyone else miss the old Salad and Go from before the corporate takeover?
I used to be a huge fan. Their food quality was top-notch, the service was great, and who could forget those incredible $3.99 breakfast burritos that everyone was raving about? Back then, you’d even see signs in the drive-thru advertising $100k/year management opportunities—and it showed in the quality and attitude of the staff because people were actually paid well.
