I walked in to order a coffee. They did not have a menu. I walked out since they did not have a menu. They laughed at me as I walked out. It was also really cramped and kind of dumpy looking. I can't think of any reason why I would want to spend money here.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in! They didn't have the drink list on the bare walls. Also, there was 1 table for the handicapped outside and no sitting inside.

My husband and I will never return to this Starbucks, or any Starbucks. We ordered 2 espresso frappucinos, MEDIUM size, one was a caramel brulee and the other was a mocha peppermint. OMG! Both drinks came to $9 each! They charged 80 cents for "mocha" and another 80 cents for "peppermint," on top of the regular charge. And for the caramel drink, they charged $1 for the caramel and 50 cents for a few sprinkles on top. What a bunch of crooks! But this was not the worst of it. The drinks tasted so bad, like they had some chemical inside it, that we asked for a refund. They gave us the refund, but we had a weird taste left on our tongues for hours. Whatever they are adding to their coffee/drinks is certainly not healthy. Scary. Anyway, we go to Scooter's espresso and get a 20 oz for $6.24 each...and they do not nickle and dime you for their specialty drinks, like mocha peppermint.

Arrived at 843pm and they said we are closed, hours say until 9pm. All I wanted was to get a coffee. I was unaware they closed before the scheduled close time.

Did a mobile order for this location on my way into work, my coffee was great was ready when I got there. No issues with that.My problem is I smiled when I walked in, no one says good morning welcome in. I made sure I grabbed the correct coffee and I say on my way out “thank you guys, have a good day”. NOT one of the 4-5 employees behind the counter responded, and no it wasn’t busy no other customers were in the store. Pretty rude of all of them.

This S-bucks has gone through a few changes and renovations over the years. In its most recent one, it removed all the furniture and tables and reduced the area significantly. The layout is quite different from before. It's set up more like a fast food restaurant minus the seating area.The drive thru was closed so I suspect they're still working on renovations. Today's visit was for baked goods and it took longer than I expected. Before, if you ordered food, they would pull it out immediately (not warmed up food) and give it to you then. But today at this location, I had to wait until all the drinks ahead of me were made. It wasn't a long wait thankfully.

Placed a mobile order for 1 drink. Arrived approximately 7mins after placing order and it was not ready nor was it being prepared. There was 5 employees, no waiting customers in the lobby but me, and 1 in drive thru. I waited 2 mins before being greeted. My drink was finally being made after i told them i had a mobile order. Not sure why there was a delay in my order but employees should also acknowledge paying customers 1st instead of standing around giggling/talking. Glad i was just passing through, i won't be back at this location ?.

Drive through and walk up to the counter only. No menu to look at. No tables or chairs to sit inside. No good. Staff is great!
