In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Stopped by Starbucks today and had such a great experience. The store was clean, fast, and everyone was super welcoming. You can tell they really care about making people feel welcome. Definitely one of the better Starbucks experiences I’ve had!

Stopped by after work this week and didn’t really know what I wanted. Sam gave me a recommendation at the register and made sure I didn’t leave without trying the drink. 10/10 service and now I have a new favorite drink

My biggest complaint is they have a sign enjoy a free refill on us if you drink in restrictions apply. We got a iced Chai tea. They said they only refill hot tea, ice tea and brewed coffee. They said they couldnt refill the chai and the guy at the counter said he thinks the only reason they dont do chai is because they add milk. So if i got any other brewed tea and added milk its also disqualified? The sign needs to be more specific and less vague. Its kinda false advertising
