Starbucks Fact: Starbucks first latte was introduced 13 years after opening in 1971.
I was on a mission to try and find some Asian style banana coffee and when I saw that Starbucks had their banana protein cold foam, I figured it was worth a try. I got an iced coffee latte with the cold foam on top. The verdict: Not even close to the Asian style, where it tastes like delicious banana milk whipped on top of a lovely coffee. That's fine. I was expecting that it wouldn't be like banana milk.
The Starbucks banana protein cold foam, though, didn't taste like banana to me. It's as if someone ate a banana, chugged a cup of water, and burped. That's how faint the banana taste is.
Three stars. It's a Starbucks. Keep your expectations at Starbucks tier and you won't be disappointed.

I don't appreciate some of the staff here. I will make a mobile order and then arrive to my drink made wrong and they'll gaslight me into thinking my order was wrong when it wasn't. This has happened 3 times now. The latest example: I purchased the new protein vanilla latte with foam, and I arrive to find my drink with no foam. I ask. The barista tells me the order would have said Foam on the tab. However, when I looked at my previous order it says Foam was selected -- and it also says the Foam was standard for the drink. Tell you staff to not do this and make the customer's drink properly.
Very slow drive through line. Waited way too long in this line.
Today my fiance got me a match latte. Usually this would be my go to but today was definitely disappointing. I heard they go a new type of matcha but I would think it would be this bad.. my cup was clumpy. They definitely did not take the time to make sure the matcha is dissolved properly. As I took a sip, the chunks of matcha would be in mouth and it was very bitter and unpleasant. Idk about you but matcha shouldn’t be drank in clumps..
Let a customer go to the bathroom if they need to!! I clearly wasn’t a vagrant and needed to use the restroom. They made me order before giving the bathroom code. Ridiculous. I came into the joint to have a coffee. Why MAKE me order first?? Dumb

If I could give no stars I would... my husband came in to use the restroom really quickly and was denied saying he has to buy something... The reason this is strange is because we come here all the time and there has never been an issue... Truly I felt this man was being racist and I hope this is address...then would not even give him the code before I made th purchase which made this even more like is this because of my race ... I hope Starbucks hires better.. Theo made me feel like I was not okay to use the restroom.... I know I'm rambling but that's just how upset this made me. I'm literally trying to find what I want and my husband is like can I get a code and he refused saying purchase first after I had already agreed to make a purchase... I understand following policy but I bet they didn't say wait until they purchase before allowing them to use the restroom. I hope Theo reads this and understands how wrong this really was and how he made not only me but my husband feel as customers who regularly buys from Starbucks... 😭
Just came through for the birthday cake pop. The guys working are a great addition to this location. Appreciate you gentleman 🙏🏽👏🏽

Starbucks, in general, is WAAAAAAY over priced, average at best. Starbucks is now just a cultural phenomenon, nothing else. 3/4/2025, just went in here again. I asked for the code to use the restroom. And the rude girl at the front told me. That is for paying customers only. I asked her if I could use the restroom before I purchased something and she said, well, I guess that's okay. And on top of that, a grande chai tea latte is six dollars.I am done with this company. People, when are you gonna wake up and see that you're being literally robbed by this company? For substandard, products and services
Staff here is fantastic, I love them.. but this store is literally always out of caramel brulee latte. I have to go to another Starbucks even though this is in my backyard

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been to plenty of other stores in the area, and they’re all perfectly fine—this one is the glaring exception. My experience here was an absolute nightmare. They were out of the correct milk for my drink, and when I asked for a refund or a replacement, the barista was not only unhelpful but downright hostile. Things only got worse when I spoke to the manager, Theo, who somehow made the situation even more infuriating with his complete lack of professionalism. Needless to say, I never got my money back. I never leave reviews, but the sheer incompetence and disrespect I encountered here were so egregious that I feel obligated to warn others. Don’t waste your time or money at this location—go anywhere else.

Amazing store and crew. Night people are always so friendly and know the regulars by name. I regularly talk to Roman, Owen, Sabrina and Theo. Best Starbucks in town!
