Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been to plenty of other stores in the area, and they’re all perfectly fine—this one is the glaring exception. My experience here was an absolute nightmare. They were out of the correct milk for my drink, and when I asked for a refund or a replacement, the barista was not only unhelpful but downright hostile. Things only got worse when I spoke to the manager, Theo, who somehow made the situation even more infuriating with his complete lack of professionalism. Needless to say, I never got my money back. I never leave reviews, but the sheer incompetence and disrespect I encountered here were so egregious that I feel obligated to warn others. Don’t waste your time or money at this location—go anywhere else.

About a week ago i came here for a frappe and I actually found a piece of plastic in my drink, id be careful coming here it seems like theyre not careful with what they are serving. This happened on April 19th at around 7am and i went through the drive through, maybe order inside to make sure your drink it done right.
