“Today I ordered Yellowtail Kama and a Hamachi Handroll for delivery and you all knocked it right out of the park. You can tell that TLC was put directly into every piece of food as it was simply amazingsauce!

“Just found this place yesterday and I’ve already gone twice! From the outside it doesn’t seem like much and the inside has been empty each time we’ve gone, but the workers were patient and so kind and the food is absolutely amazing! Fresh made sushi, tender chicken and steak, delicious fried rice! Even the pork gyoza and cheese wonton appetizers were delicious! I highly recommend!!! This will definitely be one of the places I frequent!“

“Bonsai is hands-down one of our favorite restaurants, and we find ourselves coming back again and again! The food is always amazing, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. From the moment we walk through the door, we’re greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome by the entire staff. And then there’s Melanie—she is absolutely phenomenal! She is attentive, friendly, and always remembers my favorite dishes, which makes every visit feel personal and special. Melanie goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a fantastic experience. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers are rare qualities that deserve recognition. She is one of the biggest reasons we choose Bonsai over other restaurants and keep coming back so often.
Bonsai is lucky to have someone as dedicated and hardworking as Melanie on their team. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s Melanie!
