Based on reviews, Yama Sushi House-Premium AYCE Sushi offers some of the best sushi in the area. Hot items are hot and cold items are cold, with protein cuts that are uniform and vibrantly colored. The all-you-can-eat menu includes many items not typically found, like skewers and noodle dishes. The lollipop roll is fresh and the uptown roll is spicy goodness. The chef’s special and spicy tuna roll are also mentioned. However, some food took a while to come out, and the calamari is not recommended as it was tough and dry. There were complaints about a few limit one items being out of stock and no fish collar available. Service was mixed; some servers were fast, friendly, and attentive, while another server was rude and an older server delivered food with an attitude. The restaurant is not decorated and just plain, but the food is good at a decent price.
