Excellent service
La Monarca is a small little local Hispanic treat shop here in Coolidge, Arizona. They sell delicious what seems to be homemade scoop able ice cream, popsicles, sweet drinks, sweet and salty and sour food, frozen bananas and everything you can think of when it comes to Hispanic treats and sweets.
