“Rosalie's catered our wedding on 9/13 and we were totally blown away. From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, Bonnie was ON IT! She knows what she is doing, runs the show and really puts on a great event. No detail is overlooked, everything is perfect. When we went in for a tasting, it confirmed our choice - it was all so so delicious. Better then any event or wedding food I"ve ever had. We've been to a lot of weddings where the food was awful, cold, delayed, or just plain old not good and Bonnie makes it a point to ensure that her food is not only coming out hot, but memorable. Our guests are still talking about how good it was, which was so important to us because of bad experiences we've seen with other weddings. We had the Tuscan chicken, bacon wrapped filet and eggplant Parmesan as our plated entrees - seriously all heaven. Besides the food, Bonnie cares so much about her clients and making sure everything is perfect! HIGHLY recommend - if she is available on your date - BOOK HER you won't be disappointed!!“
