The meals were healthy and delicious, and the taco dinner was a team favorite. Pick up was very convenient, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. “When our wedding planner (Weddings In Sedona, also amazing!) suggested Laura as a catering option, we did what anyone these days usually does—we looked for reviews online. And we found very little. And that made us skeptical. But our planner (thankfully) pressed us to at least have a conversation with Laura. We did so, and she asked us such interesting and thoughtful questions—like what kind of food we grew up eating, what styles of food excited us, and what we flavors we wanted to include in our wedding and what we wanted to avoid. We felt so at ease and confident in her ability, we immediately put down our deposit and looked forward to doing a tasting.

At the tasting, we were blown away, not just by one or two of her dishes, but by all of them. It was clear she really listened to what we had told her about our food appreciation and created something unique and fresh, yet accessible. She even included house-made amazing condiments like chili garlic oil that really added an extra layer of awesome to our already fantastic menu.

On the day of the event, her team worked hard but made it seem effortless and seamless. We heard many compliments on both her team and of course the food itself. We even had one of vegetarian friends comment that it was some of the best vegetarian food/options he had ever seen at a wedding. (We had chicken, lamb, and tofu as protein options, and orzo, Brussel sprouts, and green beans as vegetables).

“Would definitely come back! We got the normal French toast and the hickory skillet. The French toast was perfect. It’s everything French toast should be and nothing more. Thick sliced brioche, strong cinnamon flavor, and not too soggy on the inside. The hickory skillet was also amazing. Very meaty with tender beef AND thick bacon, pillowy eggs, crispy onions and potatoes. Perfectly balanced dish.“
