Laura did an amazing job making my vague vision for a Hawai'ian themed 50th birthday party a delicious reality! She took my ideas for kalua pork sliders with ginger-sesame slaw, huli huli chicken with coconut rice, spam musubi bites, cucumber-wakame salad, and poke, and made a fantastic reality out of it!

Laura was absolutely amazing to work with. She is communicative, friendly, very accommodating and really cares about her work and the service she provides. We used her services for our rehearsal dinner and appetizers for our wedding. All the food was a big hit. Highly recommend for any event you need catering for!
Laura and the staff of Culinary Concepts Southwest provided exceptional meal service while our group was training in Flagstaff. The meals were healthy and delicious, and the taco dinner was a team favorite. Pick up was very convenient, and everything was ready to go when we arrived.
