We've ordered items to go twice since we've been in Flagstaff. I tried using the website but after registering it wouldn't take my credit card. I had much better luck ordering by phone. When I called my call, after pressing "1" for this location, my call was answered quickly. I was given an estimate of when my order would be ready and it was spot on. The food is good (not as good as other locations in my opinion ) but still Fratelli’s, so this is not a reflection of other Fratelli’s locations.This location , as soon as my family walked in, it felt like they did not want us there. Service was not the typical positive experience. Generally, I have found Fratelli’s workers to be happy to work there , today, we were just a nuisance to their lives.

A must pizza staple in Flagstaff. The pizza is what you want and consistently come to enjoy every time in a classic slice or pie. Friendly service in a traditional quaint environment. Love it each and every time. A must stop at either West or East locations.
