Many things to like. Mostly a good place.
It's sad when a franchise can't own up to their mistakes. When you know you dropped something in a costumer drink. Have the decency, to throw it away and make a new drink. Dont just say oh well and pass the drink off to the costumer, an think they're nit gonna see this.

Service overall isn't bad but everytime I order a drink with some type of topping I never get it despite paying for it, even when it's slow/dead there. Starting to think they just simply don't want to add it.
