Service overall isn't bad but everytime I order a drink with some type of topping I never get it despite paying for it, even when it's slow/dead there. Starting to think they just simply don't want to add it.
Kind people, great coffee, and the Barista’s working this evening were fun, professional, and on game- need more nice ppl in the world- Komodo Dragon, Highlands, and 1971 are excellent!

One MAJOR complaint I have is it is always an ICE BOX in this place. It is consistently absolutely frigid every time I come. Please bring a parka if you don't want to suffer.
