$5.50 for a 16 oz AMERICANO!!! Overpriced! Will not return.
The Lawrence location does not care about the citizens of Lawrence. They constantly place their advertising in the middle of side walk where people are commuting. The business needs to be fined. One day someone will seriously get hurt and they will be sued. I have personally thrown their sign off the sidewalk before and they cussed me for it.
My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect.
