“If we have issues, this place takes care of us really well. We haven't experienced more than maybe twice that we needed a situation corrected. This last time, we ordered a pizza, though, and it had to have been one of the best I've ever had via dominos/pizza hut/papa johns. It was suspiciously fantastic lol hot and fresh when delivered, could have died with no regrets after we finished it. I know the service industry is tough, and I really appreciate you guys doing a great job.“

I do have a shellfish allergy and she explained the protocols and safety measures that she takes so that I can enjoy the food in her restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. When you walk in your immediately greeted by the owner, CC with a smile and positive energy. I have tried practically every flavor on the menu and they are all a hit. I am a picky eater and I've found that ATL satisfies my tastebuds through and through. “we have been out here in AZ for 16 years from Chicago. there is no other pizza we choose Deno's is the place. Never scrimps. Great sausage, only thin crust no other crust choices , thin crust cut in squares, the real way. their beef sandwiches are great ,piled high with lots of beef get more gravy on the side. Fries, ex excellent.. they are the real deal. have small dining area tables, go up and order your food they bring to you. self serve soda, you can also byob here. been going here many years , down home real chi pizza. no other crust offered here,they only make the thin crust piled high . eat in or pick up. not sure if door dash or others . this is the local treasure.“

“First time diners here. The tomahawk pork chop was amazing (sauce on the side). We had a minor issue with the other dish, but the Firebirds team handled it immediately. The service from top to bottom was exceptional and appreciated. Our server, Melissa, was able to have conversations with us without being a distraction from the food. Matt, the manager, was genuine in how he solved our issue. It was a fantastic experience and combined w/ the quality of food, we will be back for date night.“

“I was pretty surprised at this fast-food Olive Garden. It was my first time there, so it was a new experience for me. The food was pretty good, would definitely have to go back. They offer unlimited breadsticks too. My wife said we had to try this place, so I decided to give it a go and I was glad we did!“

I had waited a bit long for service but the women I spoke to were both kind and attentive when I finally received my order. The food was quite nice. The wings were cooked just right. Fries were seasoned well. Inside it was completely dead when arriving(slow Sunday), other than another customer waiting for their order as well. There was a football game on so I was at least somewhat entertained while waiting. The place was decent looking; it looked clean.

I was stuck between 3 and 4 stars so ultimately it was the food and the customer service that made it to the 4. I would appreciate more of a welcoming feeling when entering the establishment; if your hands are busy I understand(chefs) but when no one is in the front, please just acknowledge us customers and let us know you'll be with us shortly.

“Order was over $200 called one hour after it was supposed to be there. lots of excuses. Never came, ruined a birthday party. No apology or compensation for the fiasco that they created. I wasn't charged but that hardly made up for the disappointment and ruining a party.“

There was a man at the bar which is there all the time and he was watching nascar with his phone blaring! It also was nascar!! RUDE and selfish! People started leaving. I was pissed and wanted to say something! People have complained about him in the past! He needs to Stop. We as patrons go in to relax! Not listen to his blaring phone. Please stop allowing people to sit at the bar and disrespect others.“

“2 out of last 3 orders from this location have turned out to be a nightmare. Missing order..or mixed up order..maddening. Can't really blame employees..last nite..both employees.
