Our dinner was excellent. We've been meaning to try this place and we're very pleasantly surprised. This has become our favorite and will be back to try more of their dishes. For a Tuesday night, the parking lot was full and always a good sign of a great place to eat.
We had an outstanding meal at the Rio Mirage Cafe location right on Grand Avenue in El Mirage. (Make sure you head to this one, not the Bell Road location! Bell Road is good, but not as good.)
I ordered the beef chimichanga, and it was absolutely stellar. The tortilla was perfectly crisp on the outside without being greasy, and the ground beef inside was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with authentic flavor. Every bite was spot-on.

The hospitality at this restaurant makes you feel like family. Very friendly staff, fresh tortillas, delicious beverages, and authentic food. We've made many great memories here
