My wife ordered the quesadillas and I ordered the El Rico burrito. Both meals were excellent! The salsa was very good also: not too spicy, and a thicker consistency that clung to the chips magnificently. The clincher to my El Rico was a jalapeño cream cheese topping, just below copious amounts of Monterey Jack cheese. An excellent selection of margarita drinks on the menu as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to any Mexican food fanatic.
We’ve been going to Rio Mirage in El Mirage for almost 20 years and have seen many updates They have all been great improvements. The one thing we miss is the Sunday Buffet! But it is a very popular restaurant. Great job Rio Mirage in El Mirage.Parking: Minimal parking in parking lot… some additional parking across the street from restaurant… difficult for older patrons . But if you can be dropped off by driver with no walking difficulties that helps!
