“I am normally not one to write reviews, however, I feel you may be interested in this feedback. Let me start by saying your food is amazing and the wings are the best I've ever had (and I've had wings everywhere). My wife and I visit the Surprise, Az. location once a week (sometimes twice) and we only sit at the bar. Our bartender's typically are Tiffany Miles, another Tiffany, and Robert. They are fantastic, customer service is impeccable and Tiffany Miles makes a legit White Russian. We love this location and their staff. Recently, they have introduced a 6pm chant that is a little annoying and distracting. As I'm sure this is a corporate decision, this particular location is basically in the retirement community of Sun City and we like our peace and quiet time. Now that our kids are grown, we stopped going to the Texas Roadhouse next door, because of their busy, annoying atmosphere. Stick to what you all do well: Great food, tremendous value, exemplary service, and a relaxing bar. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a low rating is because of the ridiculous 6pm nonsense! OY, OY, OY!!! (See how annoying that is).“

“The food was amazing. I was taken aback by a $15 price tag for the garlic bread, but it was worth the price. Our table was still talking about it even after the rest of the amazing food. The entree prices were very reasonable, most of them $21-$29 each. I ordered the baked canneloni and it was so good. Someone ordered a pizza and loved it, too. I know it's conceited to say--but many times I eat at a restaurant thinking my own cooking is just as good. Not at The Sicilian Butcher--I couldn't begin to replicate the delicious food we ate.“

Chicken Masala was very good, although it had more of a sweet base than tasting the wine. Chicken Parm was great. Spaghetti and meatballs were very good. My daughter even loved the chicken tenders. When I go to order I see Laura the manager, who reminds me to put in my phone #, she is always friendly and personable. I once said to her - I appreciate you and she said : We appreciate you. Usually Makayla will bring my food and I love that she is always smiling and so sweet and kind- Part of the reason I come here is because the food is great and the other part is because the staff is AMAZING !“

“We stopped by Yard House at Westgate on the 4th of July after finding out the fireworks had actually been held on July 3rd. We were a little disappointed, so we decided to grab a drink and a small appetizer instead.

Tiffany was our bartender, and from the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcome. We haven't received service like that in a long time. She was friendly, attentive, personable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Even when she got busy, she made sure we were taken care of.

Marshae also helped us throughout the evening while Tiffany was assisting other guests, and she was just as kind, attentive, and professional. They made a great team, and we truly appreciated the excellent service from both of them.

The only downside was the queso dip. It wasn't what we expected. Rather than a creamy queso for dipping, the cheese on top had become crispy and almost burnt, and my husband ended up scraping much of it off the plate. Unfortunately, it's not something we would order again or recommend.

Overall, the outstanding service from Tiffany and Marshae completely turned our evening around. We came in disappointed after missing the fireworks, but we left having had a genuinely great experience thanks to their hospitality. We'll definitely be back because of them.“

“Came in a couple of nights ago for dinner and had the most amazing time! Our servers were Jay (who mentioned he was a trainee only two days in) and Dylan (his trainer), and both were absolutely amazing. Despite being so new, Jay carried himself like a seasoned veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He even took the time to sit and talk with us, making us feel completely welcome and like family. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and can't wait to come back. We will definitely be asking for Jay next time!“
