From the initial greeting of the hostess and all of the server's friendliness the meal was great. Good was good above average and priced right.

Husband and I, along with our daughter, went there on Father's Day for their special Father's Day brunch. The restaurant is housed in the restored 1899 Student Union building of Northern Arizona University, and had all the historical ambiance one would expect. We had not been there in many years and were pleasantly surprised by our wonderful meals and interesting craft cocktails. I had the sirloin steak, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked per my medium rare request.The accompanying roasted broccoli (great garlic flavor) and seasoned potatoes were a very pleasant surprise. Husband had the blackened fish tacos, which were good sized, well-seasoned, and accompanied by very tasty toppings. We also had the queso dip as an appetizer and it was everything we'd expected. The hostess Khai and our server Leei(sp?) were attentive and very friendly. Additionally, William came round a couple times to check on us and make sure we were having a great experience. He also brought around some local bourbons for free tastings, which was a unexpected bonus. We will definitely return for dinner and bring friends so they can put a new dining spot on their go-to list.
Hadn't been in a while but 5 of us went today. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was a bit more casual than in the past. Service was a bit spotty but I suspect ours will improve if he sticks with it.

There were 3 open booths but said we had to wait 30 mins unless we sat at the barn. Food took over 45 mins to get to the table. The 3 open booths stayed open the entire 1.5 hours we were there but for some reason we couldn't sit there and had to be crammed in the corner at the bar. Burger was over cooked and the bun was so hard and burnt I could barely eat it. Won't be coming back.

Sat at the bar to eat a quick meal by myself and met a couple from Phoenix who say they dine here every time they visit Flagstaff. I had the lunch special—French Dip (shaved prime rib)—and it was amazing. Staff was pleasant and attentive. And I enjoyed sharing this nostalgic moment with the couple that met at NAU and now live in the Valley.

Sadly, The food just didn't hit the mark! But.....The staff was very friendly, they gave us mothers a beautiful rose! Nice touch! There was a very nice complimentary danish and fresh fruit spread, which was very nice, and what we had hoped would have been great start to a great brunch. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles, and the portion was kid size. It was a 4 inch mini waffle cut into quarters, with 2 small nuggets of chicken. I ordered the burger - the patty was oval shaped, not round and barely took up half of the bun! But my son ordered the breakfast burrito, and said it was a good size and that it was filling! My son had gone to dinner there with some college staff and said the food was amazing, so we thought we would try it for Mothers day... Unfortunately, not the experience we were hoping for...
