Can’t handle more than 1 person in their drive thru at any given time, if you’re on a time crunch you better hope there’s no one else in line. I come here often on my lunch break and spend half of my break waiting to order or they tell me to pull forward to wait for my food. I understand corporate watches your drive thru times, but it’s killing your customer service and I think I’m done coming here.
The shift manager Trevor was very rude and has poor customer service skills and the food was not even that good I've been here before but was never disappointed until now.
