Arby’s 1246, date 5/15/23 time 11:35am, Order ID # AAZRRLH8AGAM The crinkle fries were not eatable. Hard and dried out. Like they had been under warmer way to long. Arby’s classic sandwich meat looked like someone had tried to reheat meat on a grill. Buns were smashed flat. Very disappointing as we live in Williams and usually like eating at Arby’s when visiting Flagstaff. A waste of time and money.
Service and food was excellent. Parking lot has major pot holes and is poorly maintained. Hinders accessibility for wheel chair users and those with mobility limitations.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible

Drive through was a 35 minute wait for 3 people, then when they got my order I was sent to the front of the store where the two people behind me got their food first. I then received the wrong food and no receipt and no straw.... When I called their store about it nobody answer's and the machine says their voice mail isn't set up. Call their cooperate office and they offer some sandwich coupons.... All of this for a Gyro that cost $20 and I got a roast beef sandwich instead.
