bagels are amazing, older woman charging had a terrible attitude, didn’t greet, threw receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me like a human, and charged my mom for a drink that was already paid for (i was waiting with her holding the drink), and said “u should have asked for a receipt”
I will definitely come back to this place if visiting Flagstaff again! Bagels were really good and fresh. They have such great variety to choose from and great prices! Their pizza bagel so so delicious! My only complaint is that their customer service could be better especially since the cashier is the first person you are interacting with. I had asked if I could change my cheese to another type and the cashier sighed very loud in front of us, changed my cheese and then proceeded...
Hello Bif's management. Regarding the Sedona food truck, could you consider opening up the shaded space behind the truck? At 9am, getting a bagel was reminiscent of Dantes Inferno.. ie, it was a level of Hell, lol. While my brain was cooking waiting for my bagel, I thought of several different ways to make that wonderfully shaded area available to your customers. I live nearby, but do think twice about coming due to the heat. Just say no to torturing your clients! Food...
