Great food and wonderful people. We ordered Big Canyon BBQ for our wedding reception a few weekends ago. All of our guests said the food was tasty, especially the pulled pork and mac n' cheese. Definitely recommend Big Canyon BBQ over the competition in town. Thank you for everything!

I got the condor sandwich w/ a side of their spicy bbq sauce (hermits heat?) and shoooot it was dang good. Hope to see more of this awesome food truck. Very friendly crew! Felt compelled to leave a review as soon as I cleaned my plate - two thumbs up!!

Yesterday we bought ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket with lots of sides. Everything was delicious! Husband and son in law both said it was the best BBQ they had eaten in a long time!! Thank you for everything!!

The condor sandwich was great. They were out of brisket by 3pm, but the tri tip substitute was good too. Very friendly too.

They catered an event for us. About 50 people. They were on time and the food was great. We had some leftovers and everyone wanted to take some home. We had chicken and pork BBQ, Cole slaw, green beans, Mac and cheese. Buns. They were great to work with. Would use them again.

If you understand what that means, from a culinary perspective, that is important in the world of BBQ. if your meat doesn't need sauce, but is only complimented by it, you're doing something right.
