Great food and wonderful people. We ordered Big Canyon BBQ for our wedding reception a few weekends ago. All of our guests said the food was tasty, especially the pulled pork and mac n' cheese. Definitely recommend Big Canyon BBQ over the competition in town. Thank you for everything!
Yesterday we bought ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket with lots of sides. Everything was delicious! Husband and son in law both said it was the best BBQ they had eaten in a long time!! Thank you for everything!!

I can't say enough great things about this local, family-owned food truck. I've been eating at Big Canyon BBQ since they opened and have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied. Thank you guys!!
