“I’m heartbroken but in good faith I couldn’t give a perfect score because of the waiting: First to be seated, and then a long wait for our food to come out (we arrived at 5:25 for a 5:30 reservation, we were offered chairs to wait in the lounge.. now this could’ve been a great opportunity to offer us a drink menu as that was a 15-20 minute wait before being escorted to our booth). We were ready with drink and food orders quickly and didn’t receive food until 6:40. - I took a pic of my plate right away and have the time stamp, so getting food more than an hour after our reservation is unusually long and why I just couldn’t give Zenith a perfect five stars, and of the wait has been maybe 20 minutes less id have given it perfection, but, ugh, that’s one of the longest restaurant wait times in my life and I’ve done plenty of fine dining. Just too long.
However, the food and drinks were so top tier, incredible that I would STILL eat here again, I just wouldn’t come super hungry. They did bring a bread basket quickly (a sourdough that even my mother who usually dislikes sourdough thought was delicious) to hold us over but you know, we want our entrees! Now, I’m not exaggerating when I say my chicken piccata was not only perfect but that it was the BEST chicken breast I’ve had in my life…seriously. BEST! I opted for the side of linguine in a buttery garlic sauce with capers and I did not want that chicken to end. It takes skill to keep a seared chicken breast from drying out, but of goodness it was so darn GOOD! The seasonings were perfection.
I also had a dragon berry mojito.. actually I ordered TWO because it was so good and I’m not driving tonight. Staff was professional and friendly and the restaurant is so beautiful, I have never seen a similar design (imagine yourself in an aspen forest, but better because the temperature is comfortable and there are no bugs).
Hopefully they can dial in that wait time (if we started getting buzzed in the lounge it likely wouldn’t have been as big of a deal. But overall huge kudos to the chef, so so so delicious!“

“DON’T RECOMMEND!! I love Texas Roadhouse but I went to the one in Flagstaff and got seated in the first 10-15 mins but waited an hour for cold food. Also had to look for our waitresses when we wanted something. Very disappointing 😔“
