We were passing through Flagstaff and chose to stay at the RV park with the intention of eating at the steakhouse seeing that they closed at 9. Bonus that we wouldn't have to get back in our truck to go search for dinner and could walk over.We arrived at the RV park at 630, set up camp for the night and walked over to the steakhouse at 730. It smelled awesome and I bet the food is great, but we were turned away by a young guy (I assume the manager) because they were already closed because they didn't have enough customers. I get it if that's the case, but I saw at least 4 tables with a waitress delivering food as the manager told us they had to close. I understand not keeping staff on if they aren't making enough to warrant staying open, but it's middle of spring break week.We asked if he had suggestions of nearby places or restaurants that deliver to the park - he answered "Postmates"... Thanks bro. We turned to leave and deal with our 7 year old's impending melt down as we informed him we would have to get back in the truck to go find dinner after driving 3.5 hours to get to the RV park.

I can't say enough about this place, wow! I had so much fun, the food was delicious and entertainment was a lot of fun. I've wanted to come here for years, and so here I am on my birthday, enjoying the evening. Our server was excellent, very attentive, and checked on us multiple times. It's easy to get here, plenty of parking. Plan on at least hours to dine and at least $50-60 per person. I want to come back.

We pulled to eat lunch. When we went inside, a guy rudely asked us what we wanted. We said we were here to eat. He told us they were closed. When my wife asked if she could use their restroom (we were traveling) another rude employee told her no. Also the smell from the kitchen was awful. Will never go there to eat. Very rude people.

Excellent time. Happy and charming young staff more than made up for the adequate but not amazing meal. Would recommend and go again. My children had a blast.

This place is a hidden gem. It has everything going for it that a place can have. The building itself is well decorated, warm and inviting (with help of a literal hearth that crackles as you walk in!), the staff is beyond friendly...literally beyond, they are also exceptionally talented! I spent the evening here being serenaded, we'll tended and made to feel at home. The bartender was friendly and welcoming, let me bend her ear about music and theatre...what more could you possibly ask for? If you're anywhere in the vicinity of Flagstaff, venture in and bring the family, you won't be disappointed. ❤Kid-friendliness: The staff sings and they are well versed in all things Disney!

Took my kids out for birthday dinner, waited over a hour for food, drinks, no plates with rolls, bar full of dirty glasses, and the prices are ridiculous! Used to be so fun but its lost its appeal.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. We had a truly amazing dinner here. The staff is incredibly talented, they performed throughout dinner with a wide variety of songs including a few disney hits. The food was excellent and I'd go back just for the twice baked potatoe alone lol. Our server Sean was very attentive and helpful and truly a gifted singer. This was one of the highlights of our entire trip to flagstaff.

Went there last night for dinner. We were a party of 11, who asked for separate checks for our own meals. Our reservation was for 6 PM and by 7 PM we had still not had our order taken . The waiters are singers/ performers and much of the time they are up on stage and the patrons are not being serviced. I was a party of one and ordered the Caesar salad with steak added on top… I did not order a cocktail or any other drink or appetizer. The building does not have good acoustics to enjoy the singers so the noise was piercing and made conversation at the table impossible, and in addition, added to the terrible neglect of service. I think it was about 8 o’clock when we were finally served our dinners mine was prepared incorrectly as I had requested no Parmesan cheese, and the cooks hadn’t been told that by the waiter so they had to remake it, which took an additional 30 minutes everyone else was eating and I was sitting there, waiting. They even joked that I was having water and bread ! the food finally came and it was good. However, I paid about $50 for my salad because of all the add-on charges of it being a party of six or more and there was a city tax. I do. not recommend this place, unless you are prepared to pay exorbitant prices, and endure terrible service and loud noise. I will not return or suggest it to anyone . I almost forgot to add that the waiter neglected to do our check separately, so at the very end we had to wait several minutes while he did that, instead of having it prepared the way, we asked when we initially ordered….

As you pull in….KEEP GOING. The RV park might throw you off, but you are making a mistake if you turn around and leave!!!!!The restaurant is furnished with old western signs and memorabilia in a super cool way. The saloon doors, double fire place and the rustic nature feels a bit cheeky….but wait….there is more.Everynight there are SINGING WAITERS & WAITRESSES….From Vaudeville to Little Mermaid these folks kick it big time between waiting your table. Its not uncomfortable at all. These are good people. You will have a blast!!!!!!Food is awesome, fresh and great portioned. The dinner biscuits in the chick wagon trail pan are sooooo good. Prime rib is excellent.
