Based on the reviews, Brown Bag Burger + Bar in Flagstaff, AZ is a fun place with pop art on the walls. The food is always awesome, with really tasty burgers and high quality ingredients. The burger meat is really good and can be cooked med rare by request. Popular choices include the Cajun burger, the classic, Dante's Inferno, and Green Chili Queso. Excellent onion rings are lightly battered with a beer mustard sauce, and the fantastic fries are a highlight. The chicken wings are brined in a sweet and savory base, and the pulled pork bahn mi is a tasty infusion. Service is friendly, great, and low key. However, the cook of the meat is not too consistent, as they tend to cook it longer than asked for.
